What’s your signature dish?
Jerk Pork, Rice and peas with cabbage. Other dishes such as;
Oxtail, Jerk Chicken, Brisket, BBQ Ribs or Chicken, Fry Chicken, Curry Shrimp, Escavish Fish, Coconut Salmon, Curry Chicken and more.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I introduced a menu to my client’s then give them a chance to review it. After the clients review the menu we go over it together and then create the final menu from input from the clients and myself.
What do you love most about your job?
On the day of the event to receive the wonderful feedbacks from my clients and their guest about the food.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After spending 14 years working in the food business for the Marriott, Hilton and Sheraton I decided it was time for me to go on my own to create my business.

I am from the Island of Jamaica. I enjoy cooking. My goal is to wow you with each taste and bite that keep you coming back for more. My dishes are home style recipes with an authentic Jamaican flavor. My prices are always competitive. You may not heard of me but that’s because I have recently moved from New York State to hear in Midlothian TX. Back in NY I have done Private Parties, Birthday Parties, Weddings, Cotillion, Baby Showers, Church Events, Christmas Parties and also volunteer for Community Dinners. Since I have been here in Midlothian TX I have done Graduation Parties, Birthday Parties, Baby Shower, Private Party for a known Rehab Clinic in Irving TX and Lunches.
