I had survived 5-years of chronic pain and depression and thought I was going to be ok, then my dad died and my world crumbled. I ended up close to suicide but decided instead to embark on what became a 5-year journey to discover as many alternative healing methods as I could. I had tried the conventional approaches and they just weren't doing it. I was in search of the one modality or practitioner who could fix me once and for all.

What I found, was that I wasn’t broken at all and that there was no “one magic fix”.  It was years of healing from past wounds tools and using multiple natural solutions and techniques that were bringing me to a place of healing. It was getting the right support along the way and remembering that healing trauma is impossible to do in isolation. I now bring everything I have learned and am still learning to one place for my clients so they can experience them and find what combinations work best for them.

I use my own healing experiences and 6th sense gifts coupled with hypnotherapy techniques, the power of Reiki energy and over 40 hours of trauma training.to guide, support and teach people what they need to heal themselves and if they are so inclined, to heal others.
