Flavors here are the closest I have come across that reminds me of my grandma's cooking....not to mention that Indu is a fabulous host ....will be back anytime I'm in NJ

Amazing experience at Kera garden. Finger licking authentic kerala food at minimal rates. We tried kerala chicken fry, malabar chicken biriyani, malabar mutton biriyani, chicken cutlet, Egg puffs and Duck roast. Chicken fry was really succulent and flavourful!! Biriyani was made with jeerkashala rice and we have never had jeerakashala rice made biriyani in USA. Chicken and mutton biriyani were really good and the portion size was generous. Chicken cutlet was finger licking! We were surprised with the taste of egg puffs because, we had tried egg puffs once from another place and the experience was disastrous. But Kera garden surprised us by giving authentic kerala egg puffs. Last but not the least, duck roast was out of the world. Owners were very friendly and asked us about the food quality at the end (never seen in Indian restaurants in USA) Note: if you want to order crab roast or fish pollichathu please order before two hours of your arrival time as they require more time for preparation. Heard about this amazing place from friends in NJ and decided to try this place for lunch today.Trust me it would really be difficult to get such quality flavourful kerala food anywhere. Was really amazed by the authenticity of kerala flavours in the food. The owners were super friendly and warm...The chicken fry,duck roast is just outstanding with flavours and their egg puffs is to die for!! Highly satisfying experience!!!
