I wanted something really fun, and Nick delivered. Â He did a full balayage + wash/cut/blowdry. Â I came out with some serious mermaid hair, exactly what I wanted! Â Everyone at the salon was fantastic, friendly, and professional, and the salon was clean and airy. Â I was there for many hours since I had to have my hair bleached before all of the colors, and the entire experience was really pleasant. Â Looking forward to going back for another exciting 'do! My teenage daughter had her long hair cut by Nick Rocco. She showed him a picture of the cut she wanted - a chin length edgy bob. What she got was a short, well above chin-length bowl cut, smoothed with a hair dryer and roll brush so that the ends curled under. Nothing remotely resembling the picture. At this point so much hair had been cut off it wasn't possible to get the cut she wanted. I asked him to put in some layers, give it some shape and texture. Didn't improve it, and neither did lots and lots of product. Tomorrow I will call my stylist and beg her to fit my daughter in. More...

Hair came out 2 to 3 shades darker than I asked for and not happy with cut either. Paid way too much…not happy!

Stopped in when I was visiting from out of town for a trim. Was lucky to have Ken (the owner) cut my hair. It was a great haircut. I have a few cowlicks, which sometimes makes getting a good haircut a challenge. If I lived closer, I would be a regular. More...

I recently went from having long hair for a really long time to wanting to cut it all off and I went to a local place (which I will not name) and got an uneven haircut - maybe the stylist was having an off day? either way I decided I would do some research and found Kenzo! Â I found they had a groupon with Tayla and I jumped on that as fast as I could! Â Tayla not only fixed my uneven hair but gave me exactly what I wanted in a layered Lob! Â I love my layers my overall cut and got a ton of compliments on it this weekend from my family. Â It's conveniently located in Stoneham center with plenty of parking in the free lots around the building. I chose to go to Kenzo salon on a whim last year and I have now had my hair done a few times there. I can confidently say that they have a loyal new client! My entire experience every time I have been there has been nothing but positive. I see Tayla and my hair has never looked better. She is bubbly, approachable and explains the steps she is taking, so that both stylist and client understand the process. The salon is clean and airy and everyone is very professional and nice. I look forward to going to my appointments and I know that my hair will look fantastic every time. I also want to say that the small touches the salon does do not go unnoticed. On my first visit as a new client, I received a welcome bag with some trial size products and I even got a handwritten thank you note from Tayla.
