We offer small group fitness classes utilizing functional movements that incorporate heart rate based zones that are personalized to you. Our second program is small group personal training hours. You have your program with your goals, but you get to workout in a small group of people normally 2-4.

If I'm being honest, I haven't been to KV In some time now. All excuses aside. Life, kids work, it all boils down to your priorities and the order of which you hold them. Though I have not been holding to a routine work out regimen for some time now, I have not gained back the weight I lost through Kensington Valley Crossfits training, due to there emphasis on a healthy balance of clean healthy eating and physical fitness. They taught me how to eat and how important it is to have that balance. I continue to use the tools they gave me and it is the sole reason I have been able to stave of the weight gain. I might not be in the gym at 6am at this point in my life but I am able to have a healthy relationship with food. Thanks to you Jessica Chaplin and Michael OBrian!Hopefully I can rearrange my priorities and get back to the gym! Who knows I might make it a new years resolution! Kensington Valley Crossfit is for everyone, if your looking for gains, a box to call home, whether your a seasoned athlete or have never stepped foot in a gym before, they welcome you, your family and even have programs for your kids! When I started doing Crossfit it was at another gym. However I quickly switched due to a variety of reasons. Kensington was different from the moment that I walked it. There was plenty of space to move around. The coaches were attentive to the actual workout. They didn't push any additional services. Every coach is attentive and knowledgeable not only on the basic movements of Crossfit, but also the strengths and weakness of the individual.I know that when I started the workouts looked intimidating they were able to show me that the workout on the board can and should be changed based on my abilities. As time has gone on they have pushed me when at times I didn't think I could. And they were right every time. If you give them the time they will show you how to change your life. In April of 2015 I gave CrossFit at try to try to get a friend to go who wanted to lose weight (and maybe gain some brownie points from my fire chief who is an avid CrossFit’er). It took about 6 months but I found it became an important daily part of my life. In January of 2018 I followed my Chief to Kensington Valley Crossfit. Everything at KV is top notch from the equipment and facility to the coaching. But what I like most about the gym is the members are not $$$$ signs. It’s not uncommon to hear “tell your friend just to come in”, “just check someone in for class” or “what can we work out to get you to keep coming”. My own personal gains aside, it is refreshing to see an atmosphere that focuses more on individual growth than the monetary growth of the business. In the end, I think the investment in the individual will provide Kensington Valley CrossFit with far a greater return than imagined. Always wanted to try CrossFit, but was apprehensive. From day 1, the coaches and gym were supportive and motivating. The programming is built for all ages and stages. Whether your looking for intensity or just looking to get back in shape, the work-outs and coaches help scale to your needs. I haven’t been to a regular gym since joining KVCF and have no desire to lifts weights on my own accord. I enjoy showing up, not needing to think about how or what to work out and just let the gym dictate the routine. I highly recommend everyone to try this place. More...

KV CrossFit is an excellent facility to workout at. All of the coaches are certified and share a passion for CrossFit. They all have a thorough, working knowledge of the skill sets utilized in CrossFit. If the coaches aren't instructing a class, it is common to see them working out alongside of you. They are patient and helpful in their instruction as they work with you to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. About a month into CrossFit. I’ve scheduled workout times for myself at 5am on monday and Wednesday’s, Thursday evenings and Sunday mornings so that I’m there for a minimum of 4 days a week. Already I’m getting better sleep, have more energy and the scale is going down. I also feel more inspired to eat cleaner because I’m not going to waste a workout on crappy food. I can’t thank you all enough for your acceptance and support! Especially to Jessica Chaplin and Michael OBrian for your constant encouragement and guidance! I was the person who pulled into the parking lot on the first day and then pulled back out because I was intimidated. Jessica sent me an email that said, “were you just here? Did I see you leave? Do you want to come back?” I’m so glad she reached out! This has been so good for me...physically of course, but the mental part has had an enormous positive affect on me! I have been digging my heels on trying CrossFit, mostly because I find it to be intimidating. My husband is an avid Crossfitter so I decided to finally try it. I needed a change, and I was missing something in my life.I started February 20th with Jess, and it’s been amazing so far! Not only does she have the patience of a Saint, she believes in me far more than I believed in myself.

I’ve had the opportunity to work with both Coach Jess & Coach Mike and they are both amazing. They push you just enough to challenge you more than you would challenge yourself, and keep it to a level you can succeed. I have learned a lot from each of them, and you will too!

I can’t do everything yet, but I am getting stronger each day I go. The key word is “yet”, I will smash it eventually! Everyone is so sweet and welcoming here, that you can’t help but smile and laugh.

This is is a brand new gym with high quality stuff! The hardest step is starting,believe in yourself!I believe in you.

I would totally recommend anyone to try this place!

The process starts with a one-on-one discussion about what they want to achieve. From there we can make a prescription of what is the best path to get them to their end goal. My client's goals become mine and my focus is directly on those goals.

My clients come to me because they want to be healthy, happy, and learn how to maintain a healthy lifestyle long term. My role is to educate, monitor and provide accountability.

My happiest moments are watching clients achieve something they never thought they could ever do. I love firsts and I want to be by their side when they achieve it.

There was a blank space in the market that needed to be filled. My passion for healthy living and the want to spread good information to everyone was my reason.
