I've habitually just always gone to the Star Market down the street to get my flowers for any occasion. I had a graduation to attend last week and thought I'd give this place a look around. The flowers here were so beautiful and fresh. I even told the lady at the front that I will now be coming here for my flowers instead. I cannot say enough great things about this flower shop!! I live out of state, and was still able to easily order flowers to be delivered in the area. I worked with Ken directly to figure out the exact flower arrangement and they arrived on time and were gorgeous!! The flowers were very high quality, and so reasonably priced! What a true pleasure it is to deal with Ken and his family! I do occasionally purchase flowers around Valentine's and Mothers' Day, and the quality has always been great, but my guaranteed, regular visit is our yearly stop to pick our Christmas tree, a tradition we began six years ago and have only missed once. We typically show up at the beginning of the season (and if I understood correctly, we were the first ones to buy a tree this year). There is a lot going on at that time, trees being moved, opened up, etc., and every time - without exception - Ken is remarkably helpful, taking time to show us around, discuss options, and in true Ken fashion, throwing in some great humor that really amuses my kids, who really enjoy the process. He ultimately wants to ensure that we pick the right tree, and this is how I've always seen him interact with others as well.Last, but most definitely not least, the trees are always full and beautiful, and they have consistently lasted us from around Black Friday all the way until January without issue. This review is for wedding flowers - highly recommended!Ken is incredibly helpful and professional. He'll make suggestions when you only have a vague idea of what you like or want, and he does not try to upsell you to more expensive flowers. When the flowers were delivered the day of, everything was beautiful, fresh, high-quality, etc. Bouquets lasted all day, even out of water, and we had guests almost arguing over who got to take the gorgeous centerpieces home!If you're looking for gorgeous flowers at a reasonable price and with friendly, individualized service, definitely consider Ken! Ken's Flower Cafe in Auburndale is cute.  It is a little, little house with an awing and the hours are usually pretty good.  The flowers I have bought have always been fresh, perhaps not the most creative selection available; but, Grandma, she's not into creative.  My Grandma wants them bright and long lasting.Auburndale is a good place to get presents for Wives, Moms and Grandmoms so the location is good, you can get present at "Just Next Door" or "Virtuous Teas", cake at Shaw's and flowers here. This flower shop on Rt. 135 is a gem! The people are friendly, the bouquets and arrangements are lovely....you can ask them to create any price range, and what you get is LOVELY. I have walked in and asked for an arrangement in a vase to go, and watched while they have worked on it; and I have ordered and come back to pick up. I've lived in Natick 25 years and when Ken's opened, they were a breathe of fresh air, and very reasonably priced, high quality flowers. I think that is one reason they have survived so long, and prospered. Whenever I have flowers to purchase -- for myself or others, Ken's in my first choice. My husband stops to get flowers for my birthday and anniversary and when my daughter was young, he used to buy an extra bouquet for her as well...The staff used to chuckle when he came in.  Great Job - Love the fresh, quality flowers, and knowledgeable/talented staff!
