His engagement letter outlined all the duties and issues we had addressed in out meeting and he is currently professionally handling all these issues. This was 11 months ago and his firm has been professionally handling my accounting and tax issues as well as payroll functions since then. He even found a mistake a previous CPA made and amended my return and I received a large tax refund.
