What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy helping clients get the most refund possible.
What inspired you to start your own business?
In 1989 while working for H&R Block, I discovered that a client that was forced to retire had been receiving the proper benefits he was entitle too. When I brought to my supervisor attention, I was fired. I decided to go in business for my self to ensure each client received the best possible return allowed by the IRS. When I left H&R Block, I took over 25% of their clients with me.

I will not cut corners to receive a profit. I will take the time to research to ensure each client gets the best refund possible. I promise to treat each client with respect and ensure all the questions are answered.

Since the outbreak of Covid-19, we take the health of our staff and clients seriously. Our services are offered online and remotely until Covid-19 is no longer a health risk.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have stop face to face meeting due to the health risk of Covid-19. We only offer online or remote services as long a Covid-19 is a treat to the health of our employees and clients.
