I had given a larger estimate of the size than it was! After measuring for himself, he told me the correct square footage and saved me $100! What great integrity in a business! Adam did a great job! He cleaned the carpets of the home we moved out of and the home we moved into. He cleans the carpets well without leaving a lot of cleaner left on the carpet. Our floors look AMAZING!!! Adam provided a free estimate and demo a couple weeks ago and came back this morning to clean our tile and grout and we are thrilled with the results. My husband and I moved into our new home in July of 2014. It was a brand new home that was in the process of being built when we bought it, so we didn't have a choice of the flooring. It came with tile floors that had no finish and was so porous, anything that fell on it would immediately stain the floor. We tried steam mops, regular mopping, nothing was taking care of the stains. This year was the first time we had ever had a professional come in. The first guys that came over said they couldn't clean the floors because they thought they would ruin our floor, so we called Kenason. He was at our house that same day with pure knowledge and knew he could get it taken care of. He offered to demo for us to let us know it could be done but we believed him and had him scheduled for the following week!
