How long have you been in business?
We have been in business 49 years. Family owned business that was started with $10 and pre Covid had 200. employees. We had offices in 2 states and operations in 2 others. We had work in multiple Texas cities and had several accounts in our area DFW. Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Kemp and Sons has a full and complete line of all necessary cleaning and janitorial equipment and supplies. We have back pack vacuums, high speed and low speed buffers, steam carpet cleaner, power washers, floor scrubbers, wet m dry vacuums and any necessary supplies and materials
What do you love most about your job?
Creating jobs for others. Making decisions that change lives and futures. I like to have control of my own future happiness and destiny. I wanted to chart my own course.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Took over family business always wanted to take risk to start grow and own my own business. I didnt want to do the norm the regular the average. I wanted to show others success was available to them alao.

Ongoing training on the latest use of sanitization and hygiene protocols

All horizontal and vertical surfaces are dusted and cleaned. All hard to reach areas, all corners and crevices are wiped and cleaned. Basically any object, fixture, or surface of any kind will be cleaned and serviced
Janitorial
Care and service to all designated open areas, offices, break rooms, restrooms and floor surfaces
Floor Care Services
Whether it's stripping and waxing or carpet cleaning we pay attention to detail and use the best supplies and materials in the industry. Carpet stains of all types, floor imperfections are hand treated and detailed to do all humanly possible to remove those stains that seemed to impossible to remove
