I recently finished the 90-day coaching program with Kelly and I know that I am in such a different and better place than when I first started. We had our sessions through video chat. Kelly helped me to set appropriate sized goals that were realistically achievable. She created a "safe space" for me and proved to not only be an excellent listener but she had a great way of making me feel heard and understood. Kelly held me accountable in a very gentle way. I have been wanting to make myself a priority for a long time as I always took care of others and put myself last. I also needed to create healthier habits that were in alignment with what I said I wanted. Kelly helped me to be true to myself and to understand what was holding me back and how to move forward without feeling guilty. I learned to give myself permission and speak in a kinder voice to myself. This was very liberating and it is funny how the changes I made in one area of my life has influenced so many other areas in my life.
