I was very pleased. It was very easy to reserve a town car with the office. Even when I called to changed the pickup time a couple if hours before. The driver showed up on time well actually 20 minutes early. The car was very clean  and the driver was well dressed and seem very professional. We needed an airport transfer from Boston to North Providence for a family funeral, and Kelley Towncar accommodated us with a same-day booking. They were kind and professional, and our driver did an amazing job navigating downtown Boston rush hour. We were so surprised when he told us it was his first day with the company; he was excellent! They helped us pick the right car to fit all our luggage, and it was spotless and very comfortable. We had such a good experience that we booked another ride for my brother and his wife tonight when they fly in. Thank you for making one part of a hard trip very smooth and easy! The most reliable service that I have found. I have been using Kelley Towncar for the past few years for business and I have never been disappointed. The drivers and staff are very proactive on everything which helps me be a star at my job. I never worry knowing that the people that are being transported are going to have ZERO issues (aside from traffic in Boston.. but Kelley Towncar cannot fix that, unless they get hover cars) on getting to their destination or getting picked up.
