Keith is Wonderful! My favorite thing about Keith is that he reads his clients very well. I say that as a general statement based on our personal experience –but I have to believe that is his knack. He’s also a pleasure to be around, someone you want to come to your tasting with, someone you want to share an idea with and then see him perfect it to ‘Keith Style’. Keith Style to me, number one, is energy. He has the type of energy you want for a big day – that day that is so special and you’ve put a lot of thought into.

Besides his final impression on us, which is what I wrote above, his first impression is also what connected us. I told him a brief idea of what I was thinking (including price range) - sometime after our first chat not only did he get back to me with pricing, but also with selected vendors (with pricing) and ideas that we could consider. Most of the other coordinators I reached out to provided little to no ideas/value prior to committing with them. I understand that its difficult/time consuming to put in effort into a client that may not hire you, but again I have to believe that Keith is a natural at this, and these are the things that make him stand out from the rest.

Last, on the day of the event I was not focused on the details (nor did I want to) so I was happy that I had picked the right person that provided that comfort, and at the same time provided the element of surprise and magic. After the party I had a few people comment on Keith; the comments were to the effect of ‘oh wow your event coordinator really made sure we saw this/did that/ etc. … all the things we had talked about and worked on for months. Two years later and my wedding angel remains,
Keith Willard who’s got magic running through his veins.
Before meeting him planning brought on fights and tears,
That would’ve tarnished our memories for many upcoming years.
Upon accepting defeat and loosening our reigns,
We found our wedding savior with class and brains.
Keith was smart, funny, witty, accessible, and kind,
We feel confident promising you he’s the best you’ll ever find.
He took over all our stressful planning and went above and beyond,
I swear he never slept with everything he did, yet never yawned.
He was as excited as we were about our upcoming “I do’s”
There’s no one better for your special day that you could choose.
He was our therapist, friend, planner, stylist and more,
He never missed one of my calls despite my questions galore.
Keith will make you feel like you’re his own bride and joy,
Never made me feel rushed or that I sometimes annoy.
Thanks to Keith Willard I had my perfect wedding day,
We look forward to working with him more for other soirées.

I hired Keith as a Day of Coordinator but boy was he so much more! I WOULD HAVE CANCELLED MY WEDDING had it not been for Keith. I would have just gone to a court house! I am so grateful to this man for everything hes done from the day I contacted him up. Keith was my advocate all the way through. My life is chaotic, were a military couple that travelled a lot so when I say Keith was my lifeline I say it with no exaggeration. Our wedding was in Ft. Lauderdale, FL; my husband & I go back & forth from San Fran to Orlando so it was critical having a point of contact in south Florida who knew their stuff & boy does he know his stuff! Keith even went back & RENEGOTIATED CONTRACTS AFTER I HAD SIGNED to get me a better deal because so many VENDORS that know him offer DISCOUNTS TO HIS CLIENTS which is just an added bonus. The one time fee I paid Keith as a Day of Coordinator was easily made up in the discounts he brought with him! Not to mention he uses his own resources to make sure your wedding is nothing short of magical. Keith brought in dozens of his own uplights (hundreds saved) as well as pub table wraps etc. My one request, dream really, was to have Chinese laterns on the beach at the end of the night. Keith went above and beyond putting up lights all over the beach so my guests could see & bought special latern lighters assisting all my guests with this magical moment! He was with me every step through phone calls, emails, & texts. He helped me in connecting me with the right people & making sure all my visions came true. He even met me at my venue to go over the space & contract (something you normally would pay a full time planner for) Keith knew my situation with the military and didnt even hesitate when I told him I was coming down to south FL for a day in order to meet with the venue...immediately he said "I'm there" When we met for the first time that day it was like meeting an old friend. Keith helped me remain calm, understood my sarcastic "It is what it is" sense of humor & became my only go to leading up to the wedding. He made sure things were the way I wanted & even questioned me when I would just agree because he knew I was just saying yes to say yes, that's how good he is! He always was there when I called or texted back & never went more than a few hours without returning a call when he couldn't answer. Ladies THIS IS YOUR GUY! The added touches, convenience, connections, & monetary savings were all better than I could have imagined when I hired Keith but the best part of having him as my coordinator was something I never expected....he became my true friend, my therapist lol, he made sure I cared & didnt lose hope when things (military and well family lol) would come up. This man even stood up to my mother at the wedding!!! Lol I'm indian and my husband is from Tennessee so it was a unique mixture & Keith was there the entire time waiting for facial ques I didnt even know I was giving to jump in & pull me away if I was getting overwhelmed (think My Big Fat Greek Wedding!) He quickly went from my Day of Coordinator to my greatest allie & amazing friend....& that ladies is something that is priceless! We were fortunate and blessed to have Keith Willard and his staff as our wedding planner. He is very professional, patient and personable. We had grandiose dreams and expectations but a limited budget. Not only was Keith honest about fullfilling our dreams on our budget, he connected us with vendors who exceeded our vision. Keith was constantly communicating with us as to what to do and the deadline for completion. He transformed our venue for the ceremony into a lavish, extravagant ballroom with extraordinary lighting. It was absolutely breathtaking. The entire evening was spectacular and memorable. We highly recommend using Keith Willard Events for your wedding or future special event. You won't be disappointed. It is with immense satisfaction and gratitude that I write this review. We had a very limited time to pull together our vision of a perfect event. After meeting with several planners, Keith met and won us over immediately. In one conversation we felt his personal experience, commitment and personal investment in converting our vision to reality. From beginning to end securing all vendors, handling every detail and being present to ensure the final execution was perfectly delivered and on time, on spec, and on budget!
