What do you love most about your job?
While I of course love working with dogs, my favorite thing is seeing families happy with their pet after their program. Seeing happy dogs more involved with their family's life is why I do what I do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Going out of my own was inspired by the tight rules of training in a corporate pet store. I had skills beyond what we were allowed to offer and I knew those skills would address certain problems owners were having with their dogs. I wanted to be able to specifically tailor training programs to individual dogs and to give owners lasting results.
Why should our clients choose you?
I train dogs because I am passionate about what I do and your dog's health, happiness and success are my top priorities. Dogs who do board and train programs with me are never kept in anything but a home environment, which I find critical to their good behavior once they return home. I only train 1-2 dogs at one time so that your dog gets all of the attention they deserve.

This program is for dogs without aggression or fear problems and for owners who want reliability and precision from their dog. Dogs leave with an outstanding level of reliable obedience and manners skills.
Most clients who come to us needing help would benefit from a Board & Train program. It offers a way to rapidly get the results you want, without spending hundreds of hours of your own time training your dog to a similar level.
30-Day Star Citizen - Board & Train
This program is for dogs without aggression or fear problems and for owners who want reliability and precision from their dog. Dogs leave with an outstanding level of reliable obedience and manners skills, on- and off-leash. Graduates of this program are fantastic family pets and go with their families anywhere, demonstrating outstanding obedience and manners wherever they go.
30-Day Behavior Rehab - Board & Train
This program is for dogs with aggression or fear issues. We are very experienced in this area. If you have concerns about your dog or aren't sure if this is the right program for you, please contact us and the trainer will help you choose the right program.
All obedience skills taught in the 14-Day Canine Companion program are taught in this program.
We frequently rehabilitate fearful dogs through our board & train programs. Re-teaching a fearful dog takes an enormous amount of patience, skill, and an in-depth knowledge of dog behavior. Through our program, your dog can become more confident and navigate previously "scary" situations like a pro.
We also frequently rehabilitate aggressive dogs through our board & train programs. From mild one-incident aggression, to a dog who acts aggressively all of the time, we have the experience to teach your dog to properly read and negotiate situations where he may be feeling insecure or confrontational.
Dogs in this program learn through obedience and behavior modification plans. Dogs initially learn the fundamental obedience skills we believe dogs need to properly live with their people: sit, down, stay, leave it, come when called, place, and walking properly on a leash. Dogs in this program learn manners training as well: no jumping, wait for permission to go through a door leading outside, and sit politely to be pet. Through this obedience foundation, we are able to help the dog navigate stressful social situations.
