Looking to get in better shape and also address areas that physical therapy did not help with, Karan developed a tailored workout program to achieve the results I was looking for - get into shape, and work on strength training. He's awesome! Enough said.  I had my baby over three months ago and he has helped me tone up in the month I have been working with him.  I have more energy to keep up with my kids. Besides being knowledgeable, he really cares about his clients needs and goals. He is understanding that I have little time to work out with a newborn baby and a toddler and trains me so early so I stay on track and don't lose focus.  He is a true motivated and challenges you every step of the way.  I'm excited to see how my body and mind change in another month. I have been training with Karan for several months.  I'm a woman in the mid 50's and he is a perfect fit for me.  He truly listens and changes things to accommodate my personal fitness issues, AND encourages and pushes me to the next level.  He is a gentle spirit and fun to be training with.  I've lost inches and body fat and am happy with the results.  As a self employed consultant I find him very flexible with working with my schedule changes based on my business appointments.  I highly recommend him, give him a call! Karan is a great trainer, let's start there. He really puts the 'personal' in personal trainer. I hadn't had much time at the gym I typically go because my wife had a baby and we haven't had the time to workout. We knew Karan already and figured he could whip us into shape. That's exactly what he's doing the last few weeks. He's able to get us a good workout even though my wife and I are at different fitness levels. I have a torn muscle in my back which Karan has shown great focus on working correctly, and also knowing when to avoid it when needed.Karan also knows exactly which exercise routines to do with my wife who was pregnant up until 3 months ago.Karan understands people's body types and fitness levels, and is great at shaping workout sessions around them. Being overweight for a good portion of my life I decided I wanted to change my lifestyle for the better. I looked around for a trainer to help me do so and I contacted Karan. He is very flexible with the times you meet. Each session with him I feel more accomplish about changing my lifestyle to a better one. In a month with his diet plan and going to the gym with him I have nearly lost 20 pounds. I would recommend Karan to anyone who wants to lose weight or just wants to live a healthier life style. I signed up with Karan one month ago.  I just  turned fifty and even though I walk several miles a day I was not feeling really fit.  My goal is to be as fit and strong as I can be going into this phase of my life.  I did a lot of research before hiring someone and Karan's website really stood out.  He is professional and extremely knowledgeable and has made training fun and interesting. I contacted Karan among some others, to get started on a fitness routine and he was prompt and flexible in meeting up and going over my goals. He took the time to understand what I wanted out of our sessions and even provided a full complimentary hour to explain his style and how we could work together.I have been quite pleased with the sessions and found him to be very friendly, making sure I was keeping a comfortable and non- stressful pace. I have been getting trained under Karan for past 2 months...Karan is an excellent trainer, very hardworking, and will not let you get away with anything that keeps you from achieving your fitness goals. He is excellent in motivating. He trains each completely differently depending on their training goals: fitness targets, likes & dislikes, body types and perspectives. . I am mainly working on my posture and back fat, he makes sure I do the right exercise in right amount not pushing my body and end up doing nothing the next day.I strongly recommend Karan if you are looking for a personal trainer who can personalize your workout and give you the result you desire. I trained with Karan for some time. This was my first time with a trainer. I found Karans routine to be effective and practical at the same time. My main focus was on lower body and cardio. Karans regimen, both on and off the gym ( diet plan ), worked well. Karan is reliable, knowledgeable and personable.  I had a goal and we are working toward it.  I feel great.  He pushes, but only as far as I'm willing to go.  I actually have Karan coming to my fitness center at my apartment and that's the best part of this deal for me.  I'm not a gym-kind-of-girl.  I highly recommend him!!! I have been training with Karan for a few months and I can honestly say he's not the average trainer. Consistency is by far the biggest hurdle when getting in shape, but Karan makes it easy by being extremely flexible and understanding of hectic work schedules and busy lives, without that I probably wouldn't have been able to go as regularly as I have been. Karan is an expert in physiology and nutrition which is something many trainers lack and in my opinion very important for success. I have Karan to thank for my results to date! More...

Karan has been my personal trainer since April 2012.  When I met him, I had just lost 15 lbs but my cholesterol was still really high and I needed help to keep the weight off, lower my cholesterol and focus on strength training.  With Karan's persistence and customized training routine, I have managed to lose another 10lbs, got my cholesterol to normal levels and probably the strongest I have been in a very very long time.  Karan remains very vested in ensuring that I continue to make long term and sustainable changes to my lifestyle.  I love that he is able to motivate me beyond my limits without coming across as pushy or overbearing - that's just how he is and I can't recommend him enough to anyone who wants to get their health under control. I have been training with Karan now for over 6 months. I can say, without hesitation, he is the best trainer I've worked with thus far. He possesses the knowledge and skill to help me identify my goals (short, mid and long term) and the patience and commitment to help me get there.Karan is also a friendly and personable guy, whom I have become friends with during my training and he keeps the sessions lively with conversation and joking, but still serious enough to get actual work done.When I first came to him, Karan evaluated me and even consulted a nutritionist to make sure my training program would yield maximum results and really focused on a full body, paced program.Karan is always on time and works with my flexible work schedule. And sometimes when work/life comes up, Karan is always willing to accomodate. He works out of several gyms and at several times during the day, which works well with my work schedule. It's really easy to just zip over for a session with him and get back to work, or commute home.If you're looking to finally make a change in your life (whether it be your physical appearance, health, sports training, etc), look no further than Karan. I started working out with Karan because I was looking to gain some muscle. Karan did a very good job in getting me started and then slowly increasing the load. His detailed analysis about understanding the exercises, and his focus on isolation of muscles has helped me get in better shape. He is a dedicated trainer and a really nice guy to work out with. Also, his customized meal plans for a vegetarian like me has helped eat healthy and live healthy.I recommend Karan to anyone who is looking to get started and get into better shape. When I started working out with Karan I had lost a lot of weight. My focus after weight loss was to build muscle and get a leaner body. Karan helped me with this. I must say that he knows his job pretty well. He made me work out regularly and I started noticing a significant difference in my body. I have trained with Karan for over a year.  When I began I was in terrible shape from years of work and no exercise.  My work, with its repetitive motion, had done a number on my posture.  I had dug myself into a hole, and Karan has never missed a beat getting me out.  I'm now in better shape than I thought possible.  Karan is a very gifted trainer, and a really nice guy as well. He has a mastery of what training is needed - what to do, how much, and above all correct form and posture. He has managed my progress with care and understanding. I am very grateful.
