This was some of the best BBQ that I've ever had. KD's is a very unique atmosphere as well. I got the brisket, ribs, and jalapeño cheddar sausage. I had the beans for a side and topped it off with peach cobbler. I wanted to try everything! Everything I had was so good! My favorite item was the sausage, followed closely by the peach cobbler. It was a little bit expensive. I got everything I mentioned and a Diet Coke for about $24.50. Even though it was a little steep, I wasn't disappointed and I was stuffed when I left! The service was very good. Everything was way better than the typical chain BBQ. I will definitely be back next time in Midland. Hell, I might go back tomorrow night before I go home! More...

The delivery of the food was very unique, and it's a little confusing at first. The first thing you need to do is choose your meat, they have a variety of precooked meat to choose from, from there they weigh the meat for pricing purposes and set you off to the next station, where you choose your sides and drink. B-R-I-S-K-E-T !!!Eclectic joint that is 100% West Texas. The owner greeted us and gave us the low down on how it works. Grab a tray and sheet of wax paper and get your meats, they weigh them then you can get you specialty sides - they have a bean bar that is free . Billed as the best brisket in town...they are being modest. It is out of this world. Delicious bark, just enough fat and perfectly smoked. Sweet ribs were meaty and Smokey. Place is great! I can't say as there's a bad choice to make. Today, had a hot link and a slice of brisket. Both tasted fantastic! Service was fast and friendly.
