How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
The best way is to call and speak with us to discuss details. Sending pictures of their current situation will definitely help us visualize the area to be converted.
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
First is the initial conversation to determine the wants and needs
Secondly would be to review pictures of the proposed area and provide our client with a preliminary budget
Should design be required, a design agreement will be initiated that will roll over in to a construction contract once agreed upon
Lastly, a contract would be signed to initiate the construction process
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
A head height of 7'-6" in 70% of the area is a good place to start. Every situation is different so actual factors may have influence on whether or not the conversion is feasible

How long have you been in business?
KC started this business in January of 1984 being in high demand for his quality and attention to detail on small projects that were performed prior to the business being started. That attention still exists and is what has kept KC's as one of the preferred General Contractors for Guilford and surrounding counties for 36 years

What inspired you to start your own business?
I started out doing small ceramic tile projects that led to clients asking me to do more. I accepted the challenge and learned hands on. Requests became more than one person could handle so I hired my 1st helper. The rest is history
