So blown away by the beautiful and delicious job that Kwincy did! I reached out to a lot of different bakeries to order a cake for a baby shower and several other bakeries were really slow or didn't really answer questions I had, etc. But with K Baking Co her communication was amazing! She was so quick, friendly, and helpful in all of her responses. I only had a rough idea of the type of cake I wanted (hot air balloons, animals, clouds, etc.) but after checking out her Instagram I knew I could trust her to make something perfect -- it did not disappoint!The guests at the baby shower could not stop complimenting how beautiful the cake was and once it finally came time to cut and eat the cake the compliments just kept coming! She was able to customize the flavors and layers really easily which really helped provide everyone with something delicious :) If you're looking for a cake for any occasion, use K Baking Co!! I cannot say enough nice things about the service provided by Kwincy at K Baking Co. I live in OC and wanted to surprise my beautiful cousin with a custom cake for her birthday, but she lives in SD. Kwincy was so accommodating to our last minute order/inquiry, and was willing to deliver which is outside the norm for her! There are few, even in these times, who are willing to and are happy to go above and beyond. These are the types of things that set businesses apart. Wow!!! My jaw dropped when I first saw the cake! Everything I envisioned. Thank you Kwincy for your professionalism, from the moment I first contacted you you made the process so smooth. I received an immediate reply, you answered every single question, understood what I did NOT want and what I did. Your cake made my sister's in laws surprise brunch a memorable one...not going to lie she shed a tear or two when she saw the cake. We could not wait to cut the cake, and let me just say it was delicious! Everyone loved the Mexican chocolate flavor, it was the perfect level of chocolate not over powering and so moist. Not too many bakers can bake a moist chocolate cake, usually they're dry and crumble when slicing. However not yours, you mastered it!! I regreted not ordering a bigger size in cake to have left overs lol. Definitely will be ordering from you for my future events!!! I'm from out of town but was coming in to San Diego for a special event. My bro-in-law needed a custom cake on short notice and K Baking totally saved the day! K Baking saved the day for a last minute, impromptu get together to celebrate my father's 76th birthday. Â It was during the pandemic, so we were not certain the family would be able to get together in person to celebrate. I called K Baking at 2:30pm, needing a cake for that evening. Despite the short notice, Kwincy baked and personally delivered a spectacular cake to our family celebration. Â The cake was beautifully decorated and delicious. Â We will be coming back again!
