I have been a client of Kayla's Custom Cleaning for 6 years. I have found her company to be well staffed, cordial, and open to client requests. Yes, as a client of 6 years, I have experienced employee turnover, any company experiences that. But I have witnessed continuous training of new employees, and high expectations of the dedicated crew leaders. My home is CLEAN when the crew is finished, and I am grateful for their hard work. I can leave for the day knowing my animals will be in good hands during the cleaning session and I will be returning to a clean home. We have been using Kayla's for over six years now for weekly house cleanings. Â Â The owner is top notch, and provides great customer service and leadership. Â Â The office staff is always friendly and helpful, especially when we need to reschedule appointments. Â Â Â The cleaning crews do a great job, and are very friendly and professional. Â Â The few times we have had small issues, KCC was very quick to remedy the situation. As busy professionals with 2 kids life gets hectic. When we let things go too long the dust bunnies are as big as the toddler. KCC to the rescue. We set up an appointment with Kayla and she came out and talked to us about how much or how little we wanted her crew to do. Areas to focus on and rooms to stay away from. Â We did a big clean the first few times to get things under control and now they come out a couple times a month to keep us on track. The staff are polite, professional and responsive to questions or concerns.It's a beautiful thing after a long day at work and a 45 minute commute on the beltline with a tired crying kid to walk into a clean home. KCC does an amazing job in my home! I've been using them for nearly 3 years in two different homes--I love cleaning day! ! They do a very thorough job in my bathrooms and kitchens, the home is always vacuumed from top to bottom--including the furniture! I appreciate the little touches they make like lining up shoes or making sure the stainless steel sink is extra spot free and shiny. And on top of all that, I often find little surprises--for instance one day they even "made" my dog's bed. I have never used Kayla's Custom Cleaning as I have a great cleaner myself, but I have about a dozen clients who all use Kayla's services and I have heard nothing but raving reviews from them. They say the company is always on time, very professional not missing spots, and has incredible customer service. We have had a few different cleaners over the years - some independent, some franchises. One franchise company we used previously sent a different team every time, so I was uncomfortable having a steady parade of new strangers in our house each week, not to mention information was lost from team to team. After our last cleaner left a wet rag with cleaning solution on our bed (!), we knew it was time to switch. I asked around and a couple of my friends recommended Kayla's. The owner, Kayla, came to our house for the initial meeting and she was great. Since then we've had only very minor hiccups - a small broken vase which we were compensated for (no biggie). they have handled any requests or concerns very, very professionally and promptly. We typically have the same team each time. They remember special requests like to please park on the street.
