My name is Kayla! I am a fitness enthusiast! I have my Bachelors in Exercise Science, I am an Exercise Physiologist, as well as a NASM-CPT. Most importantly, I am human and I have gone through my own transformation and learned to love fitness. I know how much information is out there and how confusing it can be!

Additionally, I am extremely comfortable working with others who have medical conditions. I have 6 years of experience in the field of Cardiology. I am comfortable with many conditions such as (but not limited to) high blood pressure, arrhythmias, diabetes, seizures and more. I am also CPR certified and have a lot of experience of how to handle cardiac arrest.

I am currently an in person trainer in Colorado! I have lived in CO my whole life. I have been doing online training for four years and I really love what I do. I hope we can connect and get to know each other better! I’m excited to help!

I offer in person, online and hybrid training. As well as in person and online Nutrition help. If you need someone to go through your food cabinets and grocery shopping with you, look no further!

I look at the whole person, not just training and nutrition.
