What do you love most about your job?
I love watching people's lights turn on to new understandings of themselves and therefore feeling less "stuck" in their life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've been helping people for over 20 years as a RN. It was time to start helping my way--which is a holistic and an individualized approach to fit the specific person.
Why should our clients choose you?
Although I've had many successes in my life, I also used to suffer from cycles of debilitating depression and episodes of anxiety. It wasn't until I changed my lifestyle and started caring for myself daily that I saw lasting change. Now I am 95% free of both depression and anxiety and I am sharing my methods with women and continuing to see results.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes. I provide MOST of my services via Zoom or telephone if the client prefers. If someone is local and wants to meet in person, I am open to that as well.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Most of my clients are virtual and we have remained safe from Covid-19 in that way.
