I work one-on-one to help clients achieve their fitness goals. This allows me create individualized fitness plans based on the clients needs, levels, and interests as it relates to workouts and exercises. I also provide individualized advice on how clients can work on their nutrition. This is done with weekly check-ins as well as one-one-one advising on the clients individualized fitness goals and nutrition plan. This combination of fitness and nutrition can help anyone and everyone be successful at reaching their goals.

The secret to getting the body of your dreams is through fitness and working out consistently as well as nutrition. I can also help clients by guiding them and providing suggestions on ways they can include a healthy diet into their lifestyle. This way, they are able to reach their goals in the most successful way possible.

I have previously worked in group fitness and loved it! But I wanted to change and work one-on-one with individuals. This way, I can focus on each client and help them specifically reach their goals. Everyone is different and everyone needs something different in order to reach their goal successfully.

My clients should choose me because I make every workout fun and enjoyable. I change and alter workouts towards the needs and desires of each client. I push everyone while making sure each workout is enjoyable and fun at the same time. I also provide nutrition advice to clients based on their own diets. In addition, I have a free private Facebook group, Team KMF Fit, where I teach everyone about fitness, nutrition, and supplementation. This groups also includes a supportive, motivational, and fun group of individuals. I teach all my clients how to reach their goals through both fitness and nutrition by doing so in a fun and enjoyable way. After all, we are more likely to stick with something if we enjoy doing it and are able to make it a daily habit.

I am starting this business online for now. Then, as the weather gets better, we can transition and meet in person in an outdoor location, as long as the client is comfortable with that. If that is the case, I will have hand sanitizer and Clorox wipes to disinfect everything after the workout.

I can help you work on your fitness goals and making sure to include workouts and exercises that are fun and enjoyable. I can work with you to help with various goals, such as fat loss, muscle gain, and lose weight while maintaining lean muscle mass.

I can help people work on their nutrition by guiding them and providing advice on healthy eating habits. I am not a Registered Dietitian, so I don't write Nutrition Plans. However, I can work one-on-one with someone to help them improve their diet (free of charge) by giving advice and suggestions on what can be changed and altered. This is all included as part of my overall fee and is not an added charge.
