I’ve thought a lot about how to “appropriately” review Kati, but there are TRULY no words to describe her dedication, creativity, and professionalism. I searched endlessly for a specific style in a photographer that I envisioned capturing the most special day of our lives. Then I found Kati. See, with Kati you aren’t hiring a “day of” vendor; she is SO much more than that. Kati helped me in so many aspects in planning my wedding day and carried out duties beyond her title as our photographer. I found Kati on Instagram while browsing through different profiles in search for a wedding photographer. As soon as I saw her Instagram folio, I fell in love. She was in Florida where I live, had the style I was looking for, & best of all shot in film! When I read her about on her website, I learned that she was a believer. That thrilled me even more because it meant she understood what our wedding meant to us, and that made it extra special for me. It was like I found my perfect match!

I reached out immediately, she got back immediately. From then on, she was very easy to work with in setting up our engagement & wedding shoot.

They day of my wedding went flawlessly. She was flexible when we wanted a specific photo, and adapted her expertise well to the venue, given that it was her first time seeing it. She captured every moment that was special to us & for that I'm forever grateful.

Kati is amazing! I actually went to nursing school with her before I even knew she was wedding photographer. Once I found out and saw her amazing work, I already knew who I was going to book as my photographer; and I wasn't even engaged at the time! Her pictures are simply flawless, and she is able to capture beauty in everything. My husband and I aren't the most photogenic and are usually awkward in front of a camera, but Kati was excellent at making us feel as natural as possible. She shot our engagement session and our wedding. We love all of the engagement photos- we have several hanging around our apartment- and we are anxiously waiting to see all of the wedding photos! I am so happy that I booked Kati. I have talked to other wives in the area who say one thing they regret about their wedding was not booking her as their photographer. Oh, where to begin...Kati is SO incredibly talented, sweet, kind, professional, and wonderful to be around! My husband and I are wedding photographers ourselves, so naturally our expectations for our own wedding were pretty high. Kati did not disappoint!! I cannot begin to describe how happy I am that I found Kati for our pictures. It was just such a blessing. She has such a natural gift of making people feel at ease and capturing the most genuine moments. Having someone direct you, allowing you to interact with one another, and capturing the moment where you both are just being natural and it still turning out breathtakingly beautiful was amazing. Just got my daughter's wedding photos back. They are stunning!! Everyone that I have showed them to think they are a work of art. For a review on Kati Rosado Photography, I’ll have to only keep to three words that describe her because listing all the reasons why I absolutely love her would just take way to long. She is welcoming, intuitive, and highly professional. My husband does not like his photo being taken so it was vital to find a photographer that was going to help put him in a relaxed atmosphere. Kati is so welcoming and kind that we never felt awkward, even when we were taking intimate photos. Her welcoming and relaxed persona put us at ease and allowed natural and beautiful photographs that we will cherish forever. As Kati is a hybrid photographer, she has to be intuitive on when to use film. She knows what the best shots are going to be before taking them and will preemptively choose to take a black and white film shot. Her intuition is what led to our favorite photos; our future “Fireplace Mantel” photos. Lastly, Kati is a professional in all sense of the word. This is her business; no one is going to care about costumer service more than her, the owner. She always responds to emails in a timely manner and is punctual to all meetings. Kati was a joy to work with both creatively and on a personal level. When we initially met, she jotted down the intricacies of our wedding- beyond what she needed to know simply because she cared. From the color theme of our wedding, to the bridesmaid dresses, and everything in between, she wanted to be assured she had a grasp of what our vision was so she could capture the day to the best of her abilities. To add, she mentioned the preference of this process as a means to increase our comfort level with her given the important fact that she would be documenting intimate moments from the two of us that needed to register as natural and not posed. It was in that initial visit that I knew we had picked the right photographer. A browse through her portfolio showed us she was creative, but it was in our initial visit with her that we were able to see her keen eye for details and her down-to-earth approachable nature. When we received the photos, both of us oohed and awed, and yes, even shed a couple of tears. There were moments I had not even remembered occurring because, well, the romantic event of a lifetime that spanned a six hour time frame really felt more like it lasted no longer than a Flintstones program! We smiled over forgotten memories and commented on how surreal each photo looked.
