Coordination is truly something I am expert-level good at. Logistics, scheduling, flow, and looking around corners is something that is second nature to me. While the plan goes into action the day of, the work really begins immediately after booking. Coordination services are more of the function part of your day. Pure logistics. It's so important for you, your family, and your friends to be fully present on your wedding day and to not have to worry about all the details and minutia that go into producing an event. Things such as communicating and locking in details with vendors, managing your day of timeline, and much more.

You've invited all of your family and friends to a party in your honor. Most of the time, your guests will not be familiar with your reception location. When people walk into a new place, everyone always has that "deer in headlights" look where they don't know what to do. By having me there as your reception host, I am there at the door to greet every guest, and answer the four questions everyone has when they enter the reception hall: Where am I sitting? Where do I put this gift? Where is the bar? And where is the restroom?

Invitation design began as a hobby. I've always enjoyed creating something completely unique for every client. For one price, you receive the invitation, details card, rsvp postcard, mailing envelope with return address and guest addressing all stuffed, licked, stamped and even dropped in the mailbox. I take it completely off your plate. As romantic as sitting together and licking dozens of envelopes sounds...once you get started, the romance is lost pretty quick and by the end you're just plain tired. With me, once you get your address list together, you're done. Easier than Sunday morning.

Not stopping at invitations, I also can design save the date announcements, thank you cards, seating charts, ceremony programs, place cards, shower invitations and anything you can think of that needs a coordinating paper design.
