I reached out the Kathryn the loose some weight and gain strength. Honestly I was very skeptical about the process and if Zoom video sessions could work for personal training. I work downtown and it was the best option as we could meet on my lunch break. She has a studio also, but the virtual was a better fit for me. Kathryn created macro goals for me, a personalized fitness plan, and kept me accountable. She uses an app to send me workouts when we are not meeting virtually. I like the extra accountability and the plan of knowing exactly what to do when I workout. Six months later and I am leaner and more in shape than I have been in years. What makes Kathryn different is she created a food plan for me so that I could still eat wings and have the occasional drink. I was really worried I would be starving and hating the workouts. I was pleasantly surprised that I never starved and actually started to like working out. Happy to say I reached my goal. Kathryn is the real deal, she is knowledgable and very authentic. She helped me to understand fitness and weight loss and dispelled a lot of the misinformation out there. I did have to put in the work and make changes, but Kathryn was a great guide. Kathryn is wonderful! I have had a great experience of training with her for the past 6 weeks. When I first met with her and I explained what my goals were she was very honest about what was realistic and laid out her thoughts on a game plan (protein goals, number of workouts, food suggestions). She has a background in being a life coach so she is attentive to your total wellness, not just physical, which is key for me.I work out with her exclusively via FaceTime and as a busy, working Mom, it couldn't be more perfect. She is on time and friendly, even at 6 am!If you are on the fence about contacting her, do it! You won't regret it. Scheduling times with her is easy and if I ever need to move times around she is very accommodating. Also, from the beginning she was upfront about her fees and wanted to make sure that we stayed within my budget. She never pushed me to do more than I was comfortable with. Kathryn utilizes a phone app called Trainerize, which I love. She loads the work outs in the app after we have completed them so I am able to do them on my own on days of the week that I don't work out with her. It is very easy to follow along. More...

AMAZING Results! Kathryn took the time to get to know me and some of my health issues and quickly recommended a lifestyle change (Paleo) that truly changed my life. We worked on this along with a fitness regime that helped me to shed 30 LBS! I have made lifestyle changes as a result of our time that we worked together that I still follow - 5 years later! Kathryn will create a routine that works for you and help to hold you accountable. She encourages you, supports you and sets you up for success with all the tips, tricks, & suggestions she will have for you. I was a skeptic at first because I thought I couldn’t change my life. Kathryn convinced me to try and she gave me the tools I needed to succeed with both food and exercise. Now Here I am 8 months and -80 pounds later and still going. The accountability and emotional support Kathryn provided have also been key to my success. So far, so good!  I called Kathryn after searching for trainers on Yelp, my go to app!  We exchanged a few emails and then she called me to talk person to person.  We went over my expectations and she was positive and enthsiastic while discussing goals and needs.  She answered further emails quickly.  Based on our exchanges so far, I am leaning towards selecting Kathryn as my personal trainer! Kathryn is an amazing trainer and life coach!  When I set out to train for my wedding, I had no idea the emotional and mental aspect of fitness, and how your job and schedule can affect results.  I am healthier and happier since training with her.Also highly recommend the FaceTime training she does!  You can work out in the comfort of your own home. I've been going to Kathryn for almost a year now and she's transformed me!  I'm 54 and starting on the downside of fitness, but I've never been more fit than I am today, thanks to Kathryn.  She's gentle but powerful, always finding the exercises that push you but don't harm you.  She's always careful of weak spots (like my bad knees) and gives alternative ways of keeping up with everyone else.  Thanks to Kathryn, I can now easily balance on the half-ball thingy and still lift heavier weights than most.  Before, I could barely stand on that thing without losing my balance.  Besides the physical nature of fitness, Kathryn is all about the inside too!  She's right up my alley.
