I needed some photos of myself for my website and didn't really know what my options were. A Google search included Kathryn's website. 'Personal Branding and Head-shots' sounded like what I needed. And I thought it was the nicest website with the best photos. We met at her studio and she clearly presented my options. She prepared me well for the shoot and guided me through every step of the process. I was not relaxed when we started, but by the time we were through, I was enjoying myself. The photos are great and I'm glad I had the opportunity to meet and work with Kathryn. She is a true artist. I fully endorse her work and highly recommend her for your next photo shoot of any kind. Fantastic experience - can very easily get someone who doesn't enjoy getting their picture taken, into someone who actually feels comfortable now having their picture taken. I highly recommend Kathryn. I'm very pleased with results of having worked with her, and she made something which isn’t easy for me, fun! – It’s been 16 years since I last attempted professional head shots. The photographer was good technically, but the results were stiff and uncomfortable, so I never used them. I didn’t want glamour shots, or to look like someone else. I just wanted to look like me when I don’t have a camera pointed in my direction – Kathryn made me feel at ease from the start, and worked with my funny self-conscious quarks, so I would come out. She also managed to capture aspects of myself I’ve never seen on film before - not just the one look over and over. I highly recommend Kathryn to anyone who wants the real them shine forth!
