What do you love most about your job?
I have gotten so much out of this work, and I am results-driven and motivated to support others in receiving the gifts their pain has to offer. I love watching someone have a breakthrough in 90 minutes and release the chains of oppression that come from years and sometimes decades of protection mechanisms holding us back. You get to rewrite your story and honor your own process each step of the way.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always had a private practice and have dedicated my life to stress response and emotions as this aspect of our lives effects every disease and condition known to mankind. I believe the modern medical system is lacking the holistic and soul connection that is the key to our freedom. We must take the time to address the soft side of our experience for massive results. I use a clinical and systematic approach to EFT, which is rooted in science and evidence based research.

I know the struggle, I have gathered the tools, I teach them to you. Empowerment means to take power back from where it was leaked, and to return it to the rightful owner of that power. My main focus is you finding empowerment in those issues in your life which are stealing your inner peace.

I offer online sessions over Zoom. These sessions are 90 minutes in length. I offer a 90 day Inner Peace Coaching Program, options for discounts on packages of 10 EFT sessions, as well as online EFT courses.

I offer online sessions over Zoom. Because of the increase in stress and disconnect in the last 2 years, online wellness offerings are more important than ever before. I am just one click away!
90 min. EFT Tapping Session
EFT is a blend of modern psychology and Chinese Medicine which uses your own voice paired with tapping points on the body. With a skilled and compassionate coach, you will identify and release painful persistent emotions and limiting thoughts and beliefs. You will come to master your emotions through regulating your nervous system using thought experiments and techniques like breath-work, movement and somatic holds.
You will fill out an I take sheet which gives us content for the tapping session. We will rate the level of distress before and after the tap to give us a gauge on your progress, and you will have journaling homework to capitalize upon & leverage the work you just completed.
This session is excellent for reducing stress and anxious feelings, increasing confidence and self-esteem, and tapping into a natural, innate power of your spirit.
