Having a non-surgical nose job is the best thing I have ever done for myself. I hated the bump in my nose for years and years but was too nervous to take the plunge and get it fixed surgically. Then I discovered the miracle that is the non-surgical nose job. And the miracle man that is Dr. Kassir. He is incredibly comforting, charming, and supportive, and immediately put me at ease. I knew instantly that I had nothing to worry about. The procedure--if you can even call it that--took all of five minutes, was virtually painless, and yet produced tremendous results. Like AMAZING-EXCEEDING EXPECTATION RESULTS. I have no idea how exactly he used filler to erase the huge bump in my nose, while at the same time making my nose skinnier. I’m not rich or famous, but the consultation with Dr Kassir that Saturday morning I met him was everything I hoped for. He did talk to me because I wasn’t rich or because I wasn’t famous, I’m just a common girl with what WAS a nose insecurity. I was ready for a rhinoplasty no matter what and how much. (Actually honestly I couldn’t afford a rhinoplasty at that moment)Of course after he looked at me it wasn’t much longer when he said“Nothing that can’t be fixed TODAY” NON-SURGICAL RHINOPLASTY fillers!Today? Dr Kassir is amazing!!!!! Please disregard any negative reviews because they literally do not understand the industry (I am a doctor myself) or have their own crazy baggage to deal with - because this man is the real deal. His ability to craft the face is unmatched. I did not show him any photos or ask for anything specific with the surgery - that is how much trust I had in his decisions. A man who has performed over 1000s of surgeries would know better than me - and I AM SO HAPPY I LET HIM STEER THE WHEEL. At first I was so shocked and stunned and we all have our own idea of what we will look like. But this man WILL KNOW BETTER THAN YOU I SWEAR. Dr.Kassir is an angel on earth surgeon. I came with a broken nose after falling off my bike. From the moment I spoke to the first person at this clinic to today I have felt supported and directed. Paula answered the phone and set up my consult. Caitlyn told me her own story about her nose breaking and I felt really at ease. After then I met Dr.Kassir, and he spoke to my daughter right away. I felt he had a bigger picture in mind and he's not just doing nose jobs but to make people happy. He has foresight and amazing perspective; i felt like he knew what's best for both of us because of the way he spoke about the procedure and options. Maya calmed me a lot before the surgery. In the OR the nurse was so sweet; before I went in she calmed me a lot because I was really anxious. She was like a mother Theresa. The anesthesiologist was amazing she was so smart and told me something that no one told me before I've had anesthesia. I usually don't take pain killers because of nausea and she explained that if you drink a lot of water you won't get naseau. She helped me feel less nausea to recover from the anesthesia to flush it out (I thought you weren't allowed to right after). I get out of surgery and even after two childbirths this was the first time hearing this. My nose looks sharper and I came in an emergency situation but wanted to look like me and natural. The doctor tweaked it, made me look like me, but somehow made me feel even more beautiful with small changes I asked for. It always felt like I was taken care of. He gave me exactly what I asked for. My experience with Dr. Kassir and his staff has been superb! From the moment I walked in, his staff was welcoming, engaging and knowledgable. I found Dr. Kassir to be very professional, yet personable - friendly and made me feel at ease. I also had a friend who previously had rhinoplasty done by Dr. Kassir, so I was pretty confident in my choice. But after meeting with him and his staff, it further solidified my decision. After the procedure, I didn't experience pain - it feels more so like a constant headache/pressure the first day due to the packing. Once that was removed the next morning, I felt amazinggg! I had minimal bruising under my eyes (and honestly, with a healthier diet, I probably would have had even less, if any). Let me first start by saying that I am 34 years old and I've always had anxiety. However, right after I had my daughter and lost all my baby weight, I began to notice my nose. It was all I could see when I looked in the mirror. So, I finally decided I wanted to get a nose job but the thought of surgery scared me so much that I went seeking an alternative. Being the nervous nelly that I am, I did a lot of research and saw Dr. Kassir's before and after photos online plus he was recommended to me by friends and family members. I also saw that he used the safest and effective fillers available which eased my mind. Thank goodness I chose him because the results he achieved without surgery are what I expected with surgery! My mother asked me if I contoured my nose when she saw me a few days after the procedure so that's exactly the kind of results I was seeking - subtle, yet different enough that it's a noticeable change for the better. I would highly recommend this procedure and only this doctor to perform it if you're like me, on the fence about getting a surgical nose job or you have anxiety about anesthesia or surgery or whatever it is that bothers you. I just had my splint taken off today and from first glance I knew that I had gone to the right man! Dr. Kassir has far exceeded my expectations! I had to have a revision rhinoplasty performed and needless to say it was something I grappled with for years. I had my first surgery with another Doctor in Chicago where from the moment i had my splint taken off there I knew I had made a mistake. I used Dr. Kassir to fix my deviated septum along with a rhinoplasty. I can not express how happy I am with my decision of using Dr. Kassir as my surgeon!Before I underwent my surgery I had breathing problems for several years due to my deviated septum and I was also a little bit insecure due to it. After only one week after the surgery when my cast was taken off I was shocked how straight my nose was and how well I was able to breath after my nose gauze was removed. I always hated my nose and was self-conscious about it; I researched for surgeons for years until I had my consultation with Doctor Kassir I knew right away he was the one to do my nose. I have been teased about my nose since I was very young. I hated having my pictures taken because I was so insecure about how my nose looked in pictures. I would feel inferior an ugly because I knew my nose was not aesthetically pleasing. I wanted to get a nose job in my late teens and twenties but was not financially secure, was scared to have surgery and go under general anesthesia and was scared of the results. Finally, this past year I was sick of feeling badly about the way I looked. My brother was getting married and I wanted to feel and look beautiful in the pictures. I still struggled wit the decision because I felt I should be able to love and accept myself for what I was given. I tried for many years to love and accept my nose and this year I had enough and decided I wanted a rhinoplasty. I have always wanted to get rhinoplasty for a very long time. However, I was scared to do so as I didn't know how I would look, and was scared to not pick the right doctor. The day I decided to finally do the surgery, I started looking for surgeons online, and came across a few surgeons, but non which caught my attention. Luckily for me, as I continued my search, which in my surprise didn't take as long as I thought it would. I found Dr. Kassir, and really liked his profile and, all the positive reviews about him online. I scheduled an appointment, a few days after went to a consultation with Dr. Kassir. When he saw me I liked how I didn't have to do a lot of explaining on how I wanted my nose to look, for the reason that he already knew what I wanted, and what shape of nose fits my face. He was also very kind and made me feel very comfortable, and so did his wonderful staff. As to the surgery the entire process was great! the recovery was excellent! of course some swelling but surprisingly no pain. So here's my story: I'm Pakistani, and was unhappy with the bump of top of my nose, and the tip which droops while smiling. Always took pictures with my right side of face (which looked a tad bit better). I also had a deviated septum. I did extensive research on finding the best doctor for this procedure. As this is the person who will alter/shape a part of your face - which can't be hidden. I came across Dr. Kassir, he's not only a plastic surgeon who does Rhinoplasty and other cosmetic procedures. He's an ENT, and triple board certified. So, after scheduling my consultation in the beginning of March. I was sold. I felt super comfortable with the staff and the Dr. Kassir. Let me explain…Five years ago, I took the acne medication, Accutane. My family advised me not to. I really didn’t have much acne, but thought to myself… maybe I will never get a pimple or a blackhead ever again! Margaret at Dr. Kassir's office has performed two laser treatment hair removals on my special needs daughter. I was apprehensive to try this procedure as I wasn't sure she could handle the discomfort or tolerate the procedure in general. For the past several years, I had been considering changing my nose. It was first trying to find the right doctor to perform the surgical procedure. I had the great pleasure of meeting Dr. Kassir who was very kind, caring and supportive with my decision to not only adjust the size and shape of my nose but to be able to have my new and improved nose fit my facial structure as well.
