This wonderful human being glows with light and love. Had a wonderful reiki session today with Michelle and I would definately recommend her. Can't really explain what came up but it had us both with a tear in our eyes. One thing I have missed in life is connection and community and if our community can be accross oceans so be it. I received an amazing virtual reiki session (first ever virtual reiki!) I had no idea what to think or expect but it was WONDERFUL. Starting with a relaxing meditation I drifted into a nice, calm state while Michelle began reiki. I had a few tingles and twitches but ultimately I just felt my head clear and my tension release. I felt refreshed and calm, but also I felt like I had gained some positive energy! Michelle’s presence alone made the session magical and positive. However, I will be offering in-person Reiki or wellness & lifestyle coaching sessions on Thursdays between 2-7pm in Frederick, Maryland starting November 3rd! My first 10 clients who book in-person will receive 35% off!
Tarot/Oracle Card Reading (20min)
A three-card spread to give immediate insight into a current situation at hand. If you don't have a specific question or situation in mind, the cards can provide general guidance and inform you about the current energies in your field that you may need to be aware of.

Catalyst Call (45min) - Remote/In-Person
This single coaching session is designed to catalyze you forward to the next step in your personal transformation journey. We will take a look at where you are now, where you'd like to go and outline some possible steps to start moving in the direction of your dreams & desires. We'll also take a look at any blocks/challenges that may be standing in your way and begin strategizing a plan for overcoming them. This session is offered both remotely over Zoom or in my in-person office space in Frederick, Maryland.
Remote Reiki Session (50min)
Allow yourself to receive the relaxing & rejuvenating benefits of Reiki without needing to leave your home! Reiki is an energy healing technique that uses universal life force energy to promote balance and well-being on every level- physical, mental, emotional, and energetic- leading to a greater sense of overall peace & vitality. Because energy is not bound by time and space, this healing energy can be sent virtually across any distance (via Zoom) and have the same effect as it would in person - pretty cool right!?

We will outline 1-2 action steps to work on in before the next session. Call #2 is a 60-min follow-up call mixing a blend of coaching and EFT tapping to reframe limiting beliefs, clear emotional blocks, and to continue outlining your path forward. Call #3 is a 45-min Distance Reiki healing session to liberate stuck energy, calm the nervous system, and support overall alignment. **All calls take place within the same month to support optimal results.
