I've been desperately needing to get back in shape for a while now, but as a busy professional, time is always an issue. And who has time to crawl around like a slug after leg day? I'm just getting back into it after a shoulder injury and have been using the ARX recently. It is allowing me to push hard without feeling like I'm going to re-injure it unlike traditional weights. This is not like any other equipment I've used before. I've also had a couple of sessions on the Carol bike and am amazed at how quick I get a cardio workout in.
