I worked with kaleidoscope events for my son's baby shower and they were absolutely amazing!! This is my first time working with an event planner and I was apprehensive because I'm such a simple person but they absolutely subsided my reservations from the beginning until the end. I worked directly with Ashley for the time coming up to the party and, to say the least, she is well versed in the event planning industry. She was able to answer any questions or concerns quickly, thoroughly, and professionally while offering a beautiful location for my event. She had many recommendations for quality products to use that would ensure the vision we wanted would come alive while still acquiring the simplicity that I strived for. Both Ashley and Haleigh were set up and ready when I arrived and the location was decorated beautifully. Following the shower they arrived promptly to clean up and were just the Most pleasant to work with. Ashley & Haleigh are not only AMAZING at what they do but they have hearts or gold. They have been working with me and have been BEYOND patient with me. They have an ear to please but at the same time have the best ideas themes etc. they literally will give you the party of your dreams. They are pretty much available ALL the time to answer questions and the day of your party you are their #1 priority. Ashley and Haleigh were absolutely amazing throughout planning my wedding. We had a smaller budget and they made it work and a short time line. We planned the whole thing in 5 1/2 months. My day would not have been anything if it wasn't for them. I had the most perfect wedding a woman could ask For! They were so helpful and had everything done and going on time and everything flowed perfectly. Every part of my wedding looked perfect. They made sure I was happy the whole time and got my plate to eat along with my drinks. Everyone that came keeps telling me how beautiful and perfect it was and all I can say it it's all thanks the kaleidoscope! I would and have strongly suggest them to anyone and everyone. I had the pleasure of working with Haleigh for my Sept 8th wedding. She helped me plan every single detail, and a LOT of things I didn't even think of. She also kept me on a timeline and let me know exactly when things needed to be done. I was very involved in every single decision, and it was exactly the right level of running with my ideas and her artistic vision combined, Not only that, she was also my Matron of Honor and spent her entire morning making the venue PERFECT before coming over to get ready for the ceremony. The attention to detail these ladies have is ASTOUNDING. All of my guests kept saying how gorgeous everything looked and how well it was all handled. My venue also had very little if anything to do with order of events and orchestrating timelines, and she handled all of that beautifully. They also have a lot of decor available for rent. I had the pleasure of working with Ashley for my daughters first birthday. Let me tell you, from the moment I started working with her I knew it was the right and best decision! She was always quick to respond and her ideas were so different and amazing! On the day of the event I walked in and couldn’t believe my eyes!!!! Everything that we talked about over the few months of planning came to life and it was everything I expected plus more!! I mean this team went above and beyond and I was left with minimal to do! Ashley was the absolute best! I put everything in her hands for my friends baby shower and everything came out beautifully. . She got thru all my hiccups and even got us a location kinda at the last minute. I'd recommend her, she's very detailed about how things should be and look.
