I tried them today and got the fish and shrimp special with fries and etouffee and it was amazing. I'll definately be back.

I was in yesterday for my second time and the food is fantastic!! I ordered Boudin Balls, Fried Catfish and french fries. The Boudin Balls were good but after meeting the owner, Richard, he let me know they will be changing them and cooked me up an order of the new ones .... OMG! They are so delicious!! The fried fish is so good, too! It's served with two pieces, a side and a hush puppy for about $8. The fish is big and tastes super fresh. The french fries are good and crispy with a Cajun seasoning (I think) and are great as well. They have also gotten a small cooler with stuffed chicken, crawfish pie, crawfish grillers, boudin and andouille for you to take home and cook. I bought the Shrimp and Sausage Jambalaya stuffed chicken and a crawfish pie. I just had the crawfish pie and it was sooooo GOOD. I'll be preparing the stuffed chicken for dinner tonight and I cannot wait to try it. I really want to see this restaurant succeed because the food and the service is amazing, and it's right inside of a Walmart which is perfect to have lunch before or after you do your shopping. I can't wait to go back and try different items on the menu like the gumbo. Hopefully, when I do go back they will have the sweet tea that I requested because you can't have good creole food without sweet tea! The Kajun Kreol Cafe, can setup outside to Fry and/or Grill Catfish & Shrimp; serve Boudin & Alligator Bites, French Fries & Beignets. Grilled marinated Garlic & Herb Chicken upon request.
In the Kitchen - Seafood Gumbo, Chicken & Sausage Gumbo, and Crawfish Etouffee.
Dessert: Beignets with Powdered Sugar & Beignet Bites covered with honey, chocolate or caramel.

What inspired you to start your own business?
After working in the Information Technology industry for over 20 years, and being a native of Southern Louisiana. I decided to take an early retirement package, and start the Kajun Kreol Cafe concept that is located inside the 18700 HWY 105 West Montgomery, WALMART Supercenter.
