At Kairos Counseling and Family Therapy, it is our passion to come alongside adolescents and young adults to support them in their growth of self, healing hurts and wounds. Our heart is to see family restored—through the relationships we have with ourselves and with others.

We provide a safe, compassionate, restorative space so adolescents and young adults and the families that love them can find their truth, heal their relationships, and claim their futures. To this end, our approach to therapy is attachment-centered and trauma-informed, as well as adaptive in nature.

We offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for the healing of trauma and disturbing moments in one's life story.
