What’s your signature dish?
Each of our sushi rolls are Encinitas favorites, but a particularly popular one is our Moonlight Roll. Named for Moonlight Beach, this roll features hamachi, avocado, krab, jalapeño, lemon slice and sea salt.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We hear from the customers themselves! We pride ourselves on our wide selection of specialty rolls that are only available at Kai Ola.
