The food we chose for lunch was delicious and there was plenty of it for the price. I'm glad we were pretty familiar with mid-eastern food because the guy waiting on us wasn't very outgoing and we could barely hear him when he did talk. Excellent little restaurant. Got their lunch special which was a Gyros wrap. Came with a side of fries and drink, and a big roll all for under $10. To have your restaurant in Chattanooga is a blessing! We so enjoy getting to eat your cultural recipes. There are so few cultural restaurants in Chattanooga. I've had middle Eastern food all over the world and your recipies are amazing and authentic. The dinning experience is relaxed and laid back which is wonderful. The staff is always extremely nice and helpful. The pastry tastes very fresh and not freezer burnt!! The portion sizes are fair for the money. I love this little gem for middle eastern food! Something for almost everyone ... vegetarian, vegan and carnivore. The food is hand-made deliciousness. The bread is fresh and tasty, baked on site in their tandoor oven although I wish they would give you a little more because it is thin (but good for kind of rolling in your fingers and dipping into hummus, baba ganoosh, taziki or tahini). The falafal is spiced and flavorable, which I enjoy. I am a vegetarian and oftentimes vegan. I also LOVE middle eastern food and learned alot about it while working at another great middle eastern restaurant during college. At Kabob-ster, we like to order a sampler platter or a "pick 3" ( you can choose from among many items and igf you are really hungry you can choose 4 items from the list). My husband, a meat-eater, sometimes gets the shaved lamb gyro or a kabob, and he claims the lamb is some of the best he has ever had.
