Called a few fence contractors to get a quote on installation work for new fence and wall topper. Sam was my project designer and came out quickly for the quote. Job was scheduled and completed super fast and the quality of work was amazing. Sam followed up the same day to ensure I was happy with the work. Great Customer Experience from start to finish. I learned about this company when my neighbor & I split the cost on a shared fence. My neighbor did the investigating & quotes from other vendors. After my investigation with BBB & Yelp, I also decided to go with K-Star to upgrade the rest of my property fence line. Reading the marketing brochure, dealing with Ivan with the quote & Q&A session, dealing with Paul with final measurement confirmation, dealing with the professional installers (who were punctual, professional, & clean), & dealing with Aida with final billing, the entire fence project was a great customer experience.
