K-9 Country Inn is a wonderful place to board our pets. We have 4 large dogs and 2 cats. Our dogs can't wait to get to their kennels when we take them there. Jean and Edriet are great with our dogs. Jean has been a veterinarian assistant and we feel safe leaving any meds with her and know they will be given to our dog. She took our dog to the vet when it got sick and we were out of state for 2 weeks. She has shown dogs at dog shows and has trained dogs for over 30 years. She also does dog grooming. I have known Jean Witt for many years, she has trained many of my amazing dogs (and me too) over the years. I had the privilege of serving with Jean in pet therapy. .. going into nursing homes and schools, and I must say she has a gift. I took our total out of control dog out of my car, in less than 5 minutes Jean had controlled the dog behaving like we have never seen before, She taught us want we needed to do, Within 15 minute we had a new dog that we could walk on the leash with out being pulled, she now sits stays and dose not jump on us ,I wish I would have videoed the dog the I took out of the car and the one that got back, Sandy is a very good dog and is no longer walking us and chewing on us, Cant wait for lesson 2. We boarded our large mixed breed puppy for 2 weeks. She had popped out her stitches from being spayed on the morning we had to leave on our trip. Jean offered to pick up our dog from the vet so we could get away on time. They took such good care of her.
