Jeff rocks! We had a very tough service for a legal case that had to be done same day and the guy was trying to avoid service. K and K had him served hours after we sent the documents and even sent us a video shot of the person being served to lock in the deal. I would highly recommend this company. Great job!! Since writing my first review, we have used k&k for a many process services and PI work. Have not had a single one go longer than a day. Jeff even caught someone flying out of town at the airport for us after he found out she was leaving town. Amazing service. More...

I needed a court summons served. When I called a different place, they just told me about how difficult it would be to serve, and wanted to charge me a rush charge. With K & K it was a completely different story. They told me all the ways that this could be accomplished, and that they would videotape each serving attempt. It happened so fast, and the documents I gave him were sloppy (my bad) and I had tried to contact the defendant before to know avail. And I don't know this guy, I don't even know what he looks like. Also, payment was easy and so was sending the summons, I sent the summons via text pics!I would very much recommend this to any of my friends, and although I hope not to need his services in the future, I now have my guy.Update: They helped me again. I cannot recommend Jeff highly enough. Â I met Jeff about 6 months after my son went missing in San Francisco. Â Jeff has a sixth sense, honed investigation skills, and a proven ability to follow and ferret out the substance of leads received. Â Jeff has given my husband and I peace of mind in knowing that all tips/sightings about my son have been investigated - and followed to the fullest extent possible. Â We also rest easier knowing that Jeff is a phone call away - should a tip come in. Â Jeff also came to my rescue on an unrelated business matter, and worked through the Christmas and New Years holidays to complete the job. I needed my ex served with court papers before she disappeared into the wind. I knew where she was at the moment I called K & K. The gentleman I spoke to understood the urgency but was unfortunately out of town serving someone else. He put me in touch with an associate and we met up within the hour. A few minutes later the ex was served. QUICK, PAINLESS, and VERY PROFESSIONAL service!! I would highly recommend these guys and will definitely be using them in the future as needed. After filing documents for a small claims court case, I contacted K & K Confidential to serve papers. "Savannah" responded and agreed to meet me within an hour at a location, which was on my way home. This made it very easy for me since I was about an hour from home and would not have to return to the area to give her the documents. We met at a coffee shop. The process was smooth and seamless. She had everything we needed for the transaction. Savannah was professional, kind, knowledgeable, efficient and seemed to care about the sensitivity of the situation. Within 48 hours, "Jeff" (owner/PI) and Savannah successfully served the documents to the corporate office representative located about an hour from the Concord office. The same day they notified me of the completed service and in a few days sent a quality video recording of the service. The fees were very reasonable given the distance to the defendant and the immediacy of the service. Jeff and Savannah are a great team, get the job done and are customer-centered. Â I felt like a private client due to the level of responsiveness to my preferences for communication and their caring attitudes during this very stressful time in my life. I had confidence they would get the job done and they did. Jeff offered to help with recovery if in fact I won the judgment.
