What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have offered more online sessions through Zoom & a workout app for those who are not comfortable being in person.
1:1 Training
45-minute one-on-one training session with personal trainer, Justin Wright. Training session activities will be based off of personal goals set during consultation. This can also be scheduled remotely.
Virtual Group Training
This product is great for people who enjoy a group approach to fitness. Due to Covid-19, this has become a popular service because customers are allowed to work out from home and stay quarantined. Just log in to zoom!
Online Coaching
Online coaching services are more geared towards mindset and goal setting. Journaling, meal tips, and things like habit forming are incorporated with the overall goal of reaching your personal fitness goals from the root.
Massage Therapy
1 hour (Deep tissue, lymphatic, or sports massage) . This massage serves as a stress reliever, reduces pain and muscle aches, can lower blood pressure and heart rate, rehabilitates muscle injuries, and can be beneficial for labor & delivery.
