Services

A full service catering requires a minimum of 30 guests.

The mandatory full-service catering fee is $300 and includes 1 hour setup prior to your guests being served, 1 hour of foodservice and 1 hour of break down and clean-up. Each full service catering will include a Chef Manager on-premise and 1 food attendant. If your event has more than 50 guests, you will need to have an additional attendant for every +25 guests you have. For example, after 100 guests, you will be charged $100 for each additional attendant that is required to service your party. If you have 300 guests, your catering fee will be $300 plus $100 per attendant.

Please be sure to include separate deliveries for each date that you book. For example, if you book Just In Case Catering for a 4 day conference for 2 different meals each day, please include 8 deliveries total.

When you book with Just In Case Catering, we will provide each catering meal with complimentary plate ware, disposable cutlery, cups and napkins. You may select to upcharge your cutlery and plating for an additional charge. Please communicate your request to an event coordinator during your consultation and before the final invoice has been accepted and payment has been made.

A delivery only catering requires a minimum of 6 entrees + local delivery OR a minimum order of $120. Customer complete order will be delivered at the agreed upon time.

Book a private chef for your on-premise event. When booking you will include a Chef Manager on-premise and 1 food attendant. This will include preparation, food service and clean-up for a minimum of 3 hours.
