Bad customer service. I asked them for a quote to install a fence and remove bushes. I get a quote only for the fence and only when I asked about the bushes they increase the price 2K. I asked them a question about an existing fence, their response is for me to get not only my survey but the neighbors survey as well. Finally I asked them to come back for 5 minutes, so they asked me to call the technician. I asked him and he tells me he'll call me back and of course no calls are given. I had a wooden privacy gate n a vinyl privacy fence done by Just Fence It. The experience was pleasant the gate n fence came out great.  It was done professionally n efficiently. Oak Forest was hit by a tornado on August 10,2020. Our six 50 year old maple trees came down and ruined parts of our roof, front window, gutters and  large parts of our fence. We called so many fencing companies , who never even returned our call. Then we called Just Fence It out of Melrose Park. They were very honest with us, about being totally booked. Jose did come out in early October and did a measurement. He also told us it could be 8 to 12 weeks.Our fence was damaged but it still kept our 2 greyhounds in their own yard. I honestly thought we were going to be on the Spring installation calendar. We received a phone call that said they would be here November 10. I expected a huge installation crew, but it was only 2 men Gustav, and Gustone. These two men worked so hard, digging out old posts, drilling for new posts, hauling off posts with concrete attached, hauling concrete to each and every hole. Around 5;30 a horrible storm blew up, and they were still out there. Such dedication.They came back this morning, and were here til almost 3, completely done. I worked with Jose to add a gate in my gangway and fix my existing front gate. It was misaligned and the knob was not functional. They were able to complete prefabricate the gate and do all the work in a single day when the gate was ready. Jose even worked hard to accommodate the exact look I was going for. Super easy guy to work with... they came back a month later when my front gate needed a slight adjustment. It's working absolutely perfectly now. I couldn't recommend them enough. We needed a parkway fence. I called, got an estimate within the next few days after an in person visit. The work was all done within 1 day. Looks fantastic.  I cannot say enough good things! Working on a large project takes time and hard earned money. With that said, *communication and execution are key. I made the time to work with numerous fencing companies large and small previous to working with JFI Inc. (even called a Big Box store, SMH) I was met with nothing but disappointments with *poor communication, poor response time, and  inability to provide simple answers and/or options. I was looking 140ft of 6ft privacy fence Vinyl or Cedar.  From start to finish Just Fence It met and exceeded my expectations.  Ultimately I decided on a Traditional Layered Mahogany prestained Cedar fence. Jose comes out, I share my vision,  and inquire about options. He then in turn shared his vision, explained how it could be executed,  and worked with me from beginning to end. Jose had direct knowledge of how the project was to be performed because he knows his craft. Jose is not a salesman looking for answers from others. I was even able to provide the brand and color spectrum of a stain and sealer. JFI was able to provide this with flawless execution in a color that I wanted, not just was available via their supplier. (most companies said sorry, take it or leave it or we don't prestain. I gladly paid for the labor and piece of mind) Staining ran a little low based on the amount I provided, no problem. Jose calls me, I purchased more stain and Jose was Jhonny on the spot  to pick it up and carry on without a hiccup. Any leftover stain was returned. This all goes back to *communication.  Village permits,  village code, and inspection dates were worry free.  *Communication. Only delay mid project was due to inclement weather. This was *communicated and understood. Workers carried on next day like clockwork.  Safety first.  Last but not least, Ana. Before signing a contract Ana answered every call, email, and provided answers to the many questions I had at lightspeed in comparison to the other fencing companies( all highly rated except the big box store, SMH) Ana's *communication skills are second to none in comparison to every fencing company I worked with. Options, services, and execution were all in correlation with what was being *communicated in the field.  Imperative.  Not having answers and/ or not responding in a timely manner are unacceptable in any major project or service provided. Not having a basic understanding of what could be done and how from jump street is unacceptable. These were the roadblocks from other companies I encountered previous to signing a contract with JFI.  In the end I'm left with 6 feet of privacy stained Cedar with a traditional look (just our personal preference, find yours) that my family can enjoy for years to come. The fence stops traffic because of its beauty( and literally because Jose's guys installed bumper posts ).  We've been showered with compliments from our neighbors.  This company is really good at what it does.
