Thank goodness for this AWESOME company! After having booked somewhere else 2 months in advance of my party the previous company called me the night before my party at 5 to tell me they were cancelling my rental! Thankfully I was able to contact this company through Facebook THAT NIGHT and get something booked for my party the next day! Seriously AMAZING customer service!! We have our own smaller water slide and it at the very last minute got a hole and that was the main entertainment for my son’s birthday party TOMORROW. I messaged at 8:30 at night asking if there was any glimmer of hope I might could still rent for tomorrow and my message was responded to IMMEDIATELY with excellence! Scheduled for delivery tomorrow. I hosted our family reunion at my place this year and decided to do a water slide. I searched for 2 months but wasn’t impressed with reviews the other companies were receiving, not to mention if you called them for pricing, it seemed to annoy them. Two companies never answered my emails. I stumbled upon Jump Party and sent an email right then.... within 30 minutes I had a response . I booked immediately (or thought I did) and was relieved . I went online and paid a week out from the reunion date. The night before the event I sent an email @ 2:00 am confirming the delivery time the next day. OMG! I received an immediate email (2:00 am)saying she couldn’t find my order. In fact I never booked the slide, did pay for it, but never hit “book” on the screen . I didn’t get the one I originally wanted, but one almost like it. They were so helpful as well as accommodating and made it all happen for us! Their delivery and setup team were so friendly and efficient with the setup, making sure I was pleased with the placement and they did it all and had everything to hook it up. I can’t say enough about this company and will use them from this day forward. They know how to truly run a business where customer satisfaction is a priority! Heard so many good things about them through word of mouth and seeing it for myself at several events they have been set up at. So my boys birthdays rolled around so we went straight to them. Set up was a breeze.  They were very explanatory and on time. Very friendly staff and I cannot wait to use them for years to come. I recommend them to anyone and everyone. They really hit the nail on the head with this one.  My kids loved it! And the sno cone machine worked flawlessly and we had plenty of syrup left over.  The bounce house was huge and very well taken care of. My kids were smiling for days!
