This company needs 20 stars because 5 just isn't enough!!!!!! I've hired Wayne and his tireless crew for so many different events and they have never failed me. They are very professional, reliable, efficient and dependable. They always arrive and set up on time. They have the hottest equipment and it's always clean and in good condition. I'm so glad my friend decided to go with their company for her BBQ. The tent was spacious and well lit. It let the party last well into the night. My nieces and nephews loved the bouncy house. I have a party for my daughter every year. This is the first year I use Jump Around Party Rentals and I am so happy that I did. They were so professional and their items are top quality. Many of my guests were complimenting my party, like it was their first time seeing a party so nice. My daughter and her friends loved everything and had so much fun. The workers were so reliable and customer service was great. I kept changing and adding things to my order and instead of getting me off the phone or putting my call on hold until I hung up (like others) they were so patient and helped me with ideas. I rented a tent for party I had last night with one day's notice. Nicole was very attentive and responsive. We had several calls and emails back and forth. I was able to reserve a bouncy house online (love!).  It was easy and cheap.  I got the Crayola bouncy house for my daughter's 5th birthday.  They came to set it up the night before the birthday and took it back the day after the party.  The house was clean and easy to inflate.  Would def rent from them again! Jump Around were patient with my endless questions when booking. We are located in Brooklyn and they were the cheapest around. Not sure why they have got a few negative reviews because our of four events we hired them to bring and managed the Rock Wall they were excellent every time. Arrived on time or early, called to say they were coming, were kind and friendly to the community. We hired them for free events in Park Slope and they just got on and did a fantastic job. Your party package deal is just amazing! We had a huge family party in February and everyone loved everything that you provided! Being able to serve snow-cones, popcorn and cotton candy was just the best ever. We all felt like we were at a funfair. The inflatable castle was really great fun – it made for fabulous family fun and we had all the kids’ playing in the bounce houses and the grown-ups had a great time too! I used this company for my daughter's 1st bday party! Not only did they have the best prices they were also very professional. I mainly worked with Izzy who is a complete sweetheart. She explained each package and helped me pick the one that would go best with my theme. Unfortunately the day of the party they arrived late and the cotton candy machine wasn't working but they upgraded my bounce house and the party was still a success! Izzy also contacted the park and took care of all the paperwork. I had a great experience with this company from the office staff to the delivery guys! Everyone was a pleasure to work with!!!
