I am a certified life coach; I am pursing my Master Spirit Life (Spiritual Life) Coaching certification. I have obtained my BFA in Theatre Performance. I am currently pursing my MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (graduating in June 2022) and MA in Dance/Movement Therapy (graduating in May 2023). Considering the spiritual aspect of life, I have Christian ministerial training as well as liturgical dance & arts training as well. I am an entertainer (dancer, actor, model, etc) along with the Dance/Movement Therapy training, which means some homework or life coaching/counseling activities would be art based. You do NOT have to be artist in order to do the activities; however, step out of your comfort zone in order to achieve something you have never done before.
