I have been to JT’s before and had excellent food and service but this time my family and I went for my nephew’s graduation and the food was terrible and we usually don’t complain. My sister had sunny side up eggs that look like they were fried to a crisp on a dirty sidewalk. We asked them if they could warm up these dry cinnamon rolls they gave us and they brought the cinnamon rolls back BURNT which I felt they did on purpose. Let’s not talk about the steak and the dry potatoes 🤮 The bar tender said “they can’t get it right every time” which is ridiculous and just shows they knew the food they brought out to us was crap!! I saw him speak to possibly the manager and he look like he didn’t care. They took the mushy fruit platter we also ordered and the dry cinnamon rolls off our bill. Only our drinks were good. We still left a nice tip bc it wasn’t the waitress fault but with all that’s going on lately I don’t know what to feel or who to trust with my food anymore. Won’t be going back! EVER! More...

Bartender was slightly rude and waiter was very uptight and unfriendly. When I arrived, I ordered a Coke at the bar and received it in a glass with ice. Once seated at our table, I ordered another Coke and it was given to me in a plastic bottle. A restaurant with a higher price point for meals should serve ALL beverages in a glass! Had a good time out at JT's. I went just for drinks which did not disappoint with the two cocktails I tried. They were both about 10-12 bucks. I did try the fries which were really good and both my buddies who had food were very satisfied with their steak sandwich and filet mignon respectively.
