How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I work very closely with the customer on designing the perfect menu, portioning it correctly, and proving them a price that fits their budget. We pride ourselves on providing our customers with an individualized approach, because not two situations are exact.
What do you love most about your job?
The uniqueness of each and every event. The approach we take to creates the perfect experience for our clients, most of whom are different and present their own set of challenges. Exceeding the clients expectations makes it all worthwhile.
What inspired you to start your own business?
To create something that is both rewarding for my clients and myself. Every satisfied client today is another client to be tomorrow.
