Absolutely one of the nicest and most professional trainers I've ever had! Â Found Jon on Thumbtack like I did for most of my personal training inquiries. Â He was able to respond back right away and ask some questions towards what my goals were and took the time to schedule me in right away. Â I really needed that because with my current work-life schedule, I just have not prioritized myself and I was looking for some help to get me back to the fitness level I want to be and the gym where we work out at is conveniently located in central San Diego (Linda Vista) so it easy for me to meet after my work hours. If you want a trainer that truly cares Jon is your man. I trained with Jon for a few months but had to stop for personal reasons. But that didn't stop Jon from checking in on me from time to time to see if there was anything he could do to help me with my fitness goals. Still to this day a year later I still get text messages or IG messages asking me if there is anything he ca do to assist me with my fitness goals. What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The secret to achieving the body you desire is simply to be happy ( not content) wit h where you are NOW. If you are not happy now and truly love yourself, then you accomplish anything.

Why should our clients choose you?
Nothing brings me more joy than meeting new people, understanding what they may need help with in their life, and then doing the best I possibly can to provide a resolution. My thirst to learn about how I may improve my services never stops, and I continuously try to better myself. As personal trainers, we have the opportunity to really have a positive impact on people lives that goes so much deeper than just weight loss or building muscle.
