***Update*** 2 to 4 star move. Owner promptly called me back and we discussed my yelp review and after discussing I would of re-booked with his company based on his sincere and genuine concern to make things right and customer response time. Unfortunately the day I need is not available due to holiday. ***Original***Disorganized! Tried to reschedule my appointment by one day and the person I spoke with could not even figure out what I was trying to accomplish. She had wrong address pulled up, did not even confirm who she was talking to or that she had correct information. My original quote was 860 and shifted to 530, while might be a good thing I was not sure why! By the end of the conversation I was left more confused and not confident this place was going to get it right and the lesser quote did not sway me to stick it out due to lack of confidence they would even show up to correct place. Although, they were 2 hours late on the job, Dave did an amazing job!!! I was compensated for the delay and every stain and there were quite a few were gone, he took his time and ensured even the deepest of stains were removed as is it had never been there and made sure our house was ready for the new owners!!!

I was in a tough situation..I had to have an apartment rug cleaned by Monday noon time with one day notice given on a Sunday afternoon. .I called J's Cleaning Service..they left a message to text them in case of a emergency situation. .The communication was very quick and the responses were very satisfying. We made our appointment through email and they were already at the apartment before 9:00am. Monday.. I'm moving out of my rental townhouse to start a new job in Philadelphia.  I'm generally a very clean person, but I definitely want to get my full security deposit back and didn't want to mess with cleaning the carpets myself!  Dave arrived right on time and had the carpet in the living room, the bedroom, and the entry way done in an hour.  They look so much better than when I moved in--Dave was able to remove the stains that were there when I moved in two years ago!  I hired them based upon the Yelp reviews and am glad that I did!  If I were still going to be living in the area I would definitely hire them again. I conducted a quick survey with Dave prior to his team commencing work. I've been communicating with him beforehand and had let him know exactly what I was looking to have done. Dave and his team were able to deliver and did a phenomenal job getting the house cleaned. He had told me that it would take to 3-4 hours so I had went ahead and ran some errands in the meantime. I got a call a little over two hours into the service and he had told me they had just finished wrapping up. That was way quicker than I expected! I did a walk through of the house after they left and was impressed! The carpet is much cleaner than when we had first moved in a year and a half ago. With kids, carpets take their toll over time. While some of the permanent stains are still there, it was obvious extra effort was taken to lift it off from the carpet. I applaud Dave and his team for all the other work they've done for me. I had the opportunity to meet Dave, the owner and three of his team recently. They were hired to do a move out clean of my old home and some other cleaning in my new home as well. I highly recommend them for all your needs because they definitely delivered even more than what was promised. After getting quotes from several local businesses, I scheduled a cleaning with J's. Dave was very quick to respond and they didn't bat an eye when I requested confirmation of liability coverage (oddly, two other cleaning services went radio silence after I asked for that information).  I was also pleasantly surprised that services included in regular cleanings are considered 'extra' by other companies.  The team showed up yesterday exactly on time as scheduled - very friendly & professional!  We walked around the house - which is usually a dusty nightmare - & they got started right away.  They were fast and professional - the house looks amazing! Called J's after reading the previous reviews to do a full deep clean of my house. Jennifer was very prompt and polite in responding to my initial request and we scheduled a date and time. Super easy! A few days before the appointment I had to change the time, so again I emailed, Jennifer replied immediately and it was no trouble to move our appointment to a time that was more accommodating to the change in my schedule. The day of, I had Princess and Lakeisha show up right on time. We walked through the house, they asked me if there were any areas I wanted them to pay specific attention to, which I greatly appreciated! They were so friendly and warm from the moment they walked inside. I had to leave soon after they got there for another appointment, and by the time I got home they were finishing up within the time frame Jennifer estimated in her initial email to me, and my house looked completely impeccable. With one day left before I had to be completely  moved out of my place and have my tenant move in I was struggling with getting everything in tip top shape.  I reached out to J's Cleaning via Yelp late on a Thursday night expecting to get a response the following morning but nope,   I received a response minutes after and I was able so schedule an appointment for Friday evening. I've never had a cleaning service before so I wasn't really sure what to expect.  Dave and his nephew were parked at my house by the time I reached home and they were ready.  I already had my carpet cleaned prior by another service so all I needed was the 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and my kitchen cleaned.  The thoroughness of the cleaning was pretty intense.  I was shocked by how clean the bathroom was because that was the place that needed the most work.  The kitchen was spotless when they were finished with it.  Inside the oven and the fridge looked amazing.  After I seen how good everything looked I was kind of sad I was moving out lol.  Next time I need a Move in/Move out cleaning  I'll definitely reach back out to J's Cleaning and let them do the whole house including the carpet! I arrived from California recently to care for my brother in the midst of critical health issues.  While he was in hospital, a visit to his apartment prompted a scream by me (! )... and a phone call to J's Cleaning.  Dave and Jerome were so wonderful, they came out to help me the same day I called.  My bro's place went beyond typical description of a bachelor pad...requiring deep and thorough cleaning in every room, trash removal and above and beyond the call of duty with the bathroom, refrigerator and all kitchen appliances.  So pleasant, so professional and so willing to do anything asked of them.  I actually had them return a second day and we were able to give my brother the wonderful gift of a sparkly apartment on his return from hospital.  The charges were very very reasonable... give them a try, you will not be sorry.  I would give them 10 stars if I could.  Thanks again guys. Today, J's Cleaning Service did a FULL Move Out for us. They cleaned our mothers Condo. We interviewed several cleaning services before deciding on J's for our biweekly service. Although they were a bit more expensive than some of the others, the items they clean as part of their regular service are more thorough and complete. They come in as a team, very personable and friendly, and do a beautiful job.  They are very quick and coordinated, even with some of us occupying the house while they cleaned. I cannot say enough amazing things about this wonderful company!  First, it's family owned - which I love. Second, Dave is retired military, something else I love. Third, they are fast, friendly and super professional. The situation - apparently we could appear in one of those "nose blind" Fabreeze commercials. We awoke on Saturday morning, with family incoming THIS weekend, to realize our big area rug was dirty and smelled like dog. In a panic, I turned to my trusty Yelp and checked out their reviews. I called on the off chance that they might answer, and hallelujah Dave picked up the phone!  Not only could they do it TODAY, but they were here in 45 minutes AND gave me an INCREDIBLE price!!  You absolutely cannot get any better than this. There is still a little staining in places, but that's on me. The rug is more of a deeply textured carpet, and they didn't have the machine with them for that (remember, I said area rug), but with the sofa in place, I am the only one who notices. Bonus - they gave me a fantastic quote to come back after the first of the year to do the entire upstairs of the house and hit that rug with the machine that's designed for it. I swear I don't know what I would do without Jennifer and her team. I try to have them come once a month because it's well worth it. J was really easy to work with.  Most cleaning companies require a lot of back and forth messages and/or calls in order to get a quote.  J provided a full cleaning quote and steam carpet cleaning quote through a few messages on yelp.  Also, in my move out cleaning quote, the refrigerator and windows were included, which typically they are an additional charge.  Lastly, the cleaners showed up on time and did a great job.  Got a few stains out of the carpet I was concerned about.  When I had my move out inspection of my apartment, they had zero issues and I didn't have to pay for any damage/extra cleaning.  Great company, highly recommend. I was pretty bummed when I found out my property manager demanded I use a professional cleaning service and turn in receipts once I moved out. Fortunately, I was able to stray from their approved vendors list and chose J's based on their amazing Yelp reviews.From the get-go, they were personable and professional. I called them a month in advance to schedule the cleaning and fortunately got their last available day in July - the only day I could do too. Hello fate! Since I also needed my carpet cleaned in my bedroom, they cut me a deal on the carpets and move out cleaning - $160 total. The day before the appointment, they sent a confirmation text and were super friendly. I love when businesses do that, it's a nice reminder and shows they care.The crew arrived a few minutes late on the big day, but were apologetic and explained it was due to road closures (which I'd been dealing with too - super frustrating!). Four of them showed up - 3 adults and 1 younger boy - you could totally tell it was a family business and they were instilling a work ethic in him, which I thought was great. Everyone was super friendly and kind. They cleaned my apartment in 2 and a half hours and gave me a call when they were finishing up so I could head back to the area. They even helped me go down to the scary basement (it was an old house converted to apartments) and flip the breaker since their carpet cleaning equipment blew the power. I paid via check and received a paid invoice immediately via email, which I was appreciative for since I immediately had to turn around and turn in all documentation and keys to my property manager. I am only giving them 4 stars because I did have to go back behind them and wipe down countertops/floors and sweep again. I am a cleaning Nazi when I move out of any home, and I want it to be spotless. There was still some visible dust and crumbs in the bathroom and kitchen.
