We used Franklin Properties to construct our new home and could not be happier with the results. We were 'first timers' for new construction and a little apprehensive about the process. As a General Contractor, they performed great work and provided constant communication, but to us they were more than a general contractor. I have lived at Country Club View in Itasca, IL for 4 years now. I absolutely and highly recommend doing business with FRANKLIN PROPERTIES. After owning several homes, it had become too much work. My grandparents lived their whole lives in an apartment and those were some of my most heartwarming memories. So, when I decided to rent I too felt good about it. I lived here for almost 3 years and it was a great experience, the apartments are very nice, comfortable, well distributed, clean and good size. The facilities are very well maintained like the laundry room and the parking lot and there is enough space for more than 1 car always. The management team and the owner are excellent, very accommodative and they always respond to your request immediately and efficiently. I highly recommend living in this complex. More...

We had our kitchen remodeled by Franklin Properties. Mario is on top of things and his staff is very professional. The quality of their work is exceptional. We have two small children so we really appreciated that they completed the project ahead of schedule. Franklin Properties built my home 13 years ago. With it's timeless look and quality workmanship, it does not feel or look as if it is over 10 years old. From timing to ease of the whole experience, building a home with Franklin Properties was enjoyable. Lived at their Steepleview Apartments for several years. Apartment complex always immaculately clean. Maintenance impecable. Office and maintenance staff friendly and efficient.
