I definitely would recommend this company. Had some issues with my pump. Jose came out same day and fixed it with no cost. Showed me how to use it and re-programmed my times settings. Great service would definitely use him again.Unfortunately, I had to change my five stars to a one star. I needed some tile repair done. Jose agreed to fix it within two weeks received a quote a little high but thought since he gave me good service the first time, I would use him. Nope, I never heard back from Jose. Complete Waste of time waiting. I Could have completed my job elsewhere a lot soon. I had posted a review when I first started recieving pool cleaning services from JP, so posting another review since I've been using his service for over a year. When I first contacted Jose, he responded within a few minutes. He come out to examine the pool and the equipment. After a short conversation, he quoted me a very reasonable price. I am able to pay him through Venmo which made the process even easier. I cannot recommend this service enough.I've been using his service now for about a year and had an issue with my pump not operating properly. I notified him and asked for his help. Jose contacted me in less than 10 minutes with a step by step process to diagnose the problem. I hired Jose to do the start up of our newly plastered pool with pebbletech and monthly pool maintenance back in July. He quoted the most reasonable prices for both services. During the start up process Jose came by every day for week to ensure the pool was balanced and ready to enjoy. Jose communicates when he is on his way and if you need additional parts or service he will keep you updated and informed. Jose discovered that my pool filter grids were damaged by the previous pool service company and he brought it to my attention immediately. Jose was able to replace and install the grids the next day. He always answers my questions and provides recommendations such as pros/cons of a solar pool covering and leak detection referrals.
